I have given this location a few chances now and I won’t be giving them anymore. The food is ALWAYS cold which is interesting because they always seem to BURN the tortilla when they press it in their grill. Why are we doing this? No other taco time seems to panini press my burritos.Each time I order a burrito combo and each time it is a stone cold, barely thrown together mess that I end up having to throw more than half of away. The hot sauces even taste different at this location, what is going on here? I will drive out of my way to hit up 130th or even Deerfoot Meadows to get taco time now as this location is awful. I would have thought since they are a chain that all food and prep would be consistent throughout the locations but apparently not.

It’s a fairly standard taco time, the interior is a bit aged looking and open. The service was quick, the food tasted good. I was satisfied.

Every time I come to this Taco Time, I’m greeted with the warmest smile from one of the employees—a lovely Filipino lady whose kindness and helpful attitude always stand out. She goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels welcome and taken care of. Whether it's customizing an order or just offering a friendly word, she brings a positive energy that makes the whole place feel better. It’s rare to find service this genuine these days. Huge shoutout to her—she’s a big reason I keep coming back!

Unfortunately we got home to find out our order was not complete. Confirmed what was ordered in my confirmation email and the receipt on the bag however we did not get our Mexican fries so my husband is quite disappointed.

This review is for taco time location in Mahogany. I ordered bean and cheese burrito, which is supposed to come with bean cheese, enchilada sauce. The beans were so runny that I could not even hold my burrito. Burrito did not have enchilada sauce. The lady at the cash counter was rude. She made such a weird face when I asked for some extra hot sauce. I am a loyal customer to taco time and would visit their Deerfoot Meadows or the McKnight location, but I will definitely be avoiding this location. I am attaching the receipt so you know this is a genuine review.

Worst experience. I ordered a Jr.Beef burrito for my daughter. The lady at the counter refused to put sour cream on it, despite that being listed on their website as an ingredient included. I even pulled up the Canadian menu for her, literally from Tacotime.ca and she refused to acknowledge it except to say there was nothing she can do. My daughter and I were the ONLY people in the restaurant beyond staff and 5/7 tables were filthy. The attendant was rude and dismissive and clearly cleanliness is of little regard at this location (Mahogany SE, Calgary AB)

Have not been to Toco Time in a long time. Very dissapointed, the girl that took my order and money did not change her gloves. She proceded to make 2 tocos with the same gloves on. The tocos themselves were a bust...there was so little cheese that even a mouse would complain and as far as the topping lettuce, just enough for colour, oh and there was one very small cube of tomato. So little meat that the Toco looked like it was anorexic, not worth the money. The only good thing was the hot sauce. Bottom line, won't be buying again from Toco Time. This place is fabulous to visit. Great atmosphere and food. Staff is very well spoken and helpful especially a girl named Ananya. She was so nice me. This place is worth visiting.
