This review is for taco time location in Mahogany. I ordered bean and cheese burrito, which is supposed to come with bean cheese, enchilada sauce. The beans were so runny that I could not even hold my burrito. Burrito did not have enchilada sauce. The lady at the cash counter was rude. She made such a weird face when I asked for some extra hot sauce. I am a loyal customer to taco time and would visit their Deerfoot Meadows or the McKnight location, but I will definitely be avoiding this location. I am attaching the receipt so you know this is a genuine review.

Worst experience. I ordered a Jr.Beef burrito for my daughter. The lady at the counter refused to put sour cream on it, despite that being listed on their website as an ingredient included. I even pulled up the Canadian menu for her, literally from Tacotime.ca and she refused to acknowledge it except to say there was nothing she can do. My daughter and I were the ONLY people in the restaurant beyond staff and 5/7 tables were filthy. The attendant was rude and dismissive and clearly cleanliness is of little regard at this location (Mahogany SE, Calgary AB)

Have not been to Toco Time in a long time. Very dissapointed, the girl that took my order and money did not change her gloves. She proceded to make 2 tocos with the same gloves on. The tocos themselves were a bust...there was so little cheese that even a mouse would complain and as far as the topping lettuce, just enough for colour, oh and there was one very small cube of tomato. So little meat that the Toco looked like it was anorexic, not worth the money. The only good thing was the hot sauce. Bottom line, won't be buying again from Toco Time. Never coming back asked for a just a glass of water and my niece had a cough and I got a cup that they but sauce in and rude staff
I am a fairly computer savvy person, but I find the takeout menu is utterly confusing. I had never ordered online from Taco Time before, and all the stupid add-ons made it very confusing. I wanted to order two combos for my kids and I almost ended up ordering two combos each because I tried to double up on the tacos. There should be a way to add on two tacos to a combo without having to order another taco separately after completing the combo order. All the add-ons are a cash grab, and more of those little sides like sour cream and salsa should be included with the combo price! Not sure I will order takeout from here again We'll see how it tastes.

It's taco time, a dirty little craving once in awhile. But LOL at the salsa sized cup they hand over for water... ???actually do you have anything smaller? Guess that's how they make $3.14 for a bottle of water. 3/5... sadly, will eventually be back again. (with my own water next time!)

Kinjo was packed, staff wouldn’t even talk to me. Walked down here and got 3 tacos. Definitely enjoyed! Well priced tacos.

Came in on December 4th around 7pm for a quick dinner. Food was good, but they had the radio on a Christian radio station with a preacher going on about the old testament. It really killed the mood for my dine in and I won't be going back.
