when it was time to pay, the server pressed the tip button for himself and when i confronted him, he lied to my face and said i pushed the button. don’t come here if you wanna get scammed. i don’t mind tipping but don’t lie to my face about it. twenty bucks down the drain for a bad service

My friend and I went in to eat. First no one greeted us. The resturant was empty. We sat down at a table after a few mimtues someone came to the front us but still took about 3 minute for her to notice us. She was kind but didn't offer us water and the food wasn't good and we ordered a soft drink from the tap and no refills. Over all the food wasn't good or the experience.

Arrived at noon on Sunday drove across the city to try their food . The server let us in without a greeting and literally tossed 2 menus on the table . I had already viewed the menu online and asked her if she could order me some nachos and 2 glasses of water . She replied a yah .she continued sweeping and cleaning as we sat for at least 10 minutes as she completely ignored us . She arrived with 2 glasses of water and we ordered the rest of our meal. She was very unfriendly and took the order and went back to cleaning . The nachos came out we waited for her to bring out side plates . Our meals came out and she dropped them on the table and walked away not a word. We needed take out containers she now got the other lady to bring one container and left it. We needed 3 so we waited terrible service so uncomfortable and unfriendly we felt like we were inconveniencing the server. We won’t be back thanks there are far better places to go

Stopped in here for lunch last weekend. Had to try it after visiting Taco’s Memorial recently, not quite the same vibe, we had Taco’s, Chimichangas & a pitcher of Hibiscus Tea, rice tasted kind of old/dated? Service & prices seemed fair enough.

This is the only Mexican restaurant in Calgary that serves Tampiqueña, granted it's a lot more dolled up here than the lunch special I used to buy when I was abroad but it's done very well and the margarita is reasonable though it now appears to be real rather than a mix as it was a few years ago. I am surprised that other Mexican restaurants in Calgary don't carry Tampiqueña as it's the most popular meat dish in Mexico. The only thing that would remind me more of the restaurants I went to when working abroad is if they served warm salsa and chips which is also something you also never see in Calgary.

My boyfriend and I have come here many times, I finally moved back from out of town, we were so excited to eat here as the food was always delicious. Service has always been subpar but we went in and notice there has been a huge menu change with a large price increase and also an up charge for mixing different tacos together which we never had issues with before. We waited for around 5 minutes and when we still hadn’t been given water or anything we choose to save our money and go somewhere else. Keep in mind there was 1 other table in the restaurant. This place has changed and I don’t recommend.
