I couldn’t even show them because they closed the window so fast and a completely different person handed me the burrito, then closed the window as quickly as possible again.Please note that you cannot get their attention because the window is completely covered.

just ordered from here on ubereats. i ordered a bean burrito and yet when i got my order tonight i received a beef burrito. i didn’t notice until i’d already taken a bite and began chewing. as a vegetarian this was really upsetting and disappointing. i’ve been a vegetarian my whole life and i’ve had this happen multiple times at tacotime, but it hasn’t happened since they renamed the bean burrito the “refrito”. this seems like a much more careless mistake to make considering the names of the burritos. i don’t make it a habit to leave bad reviews but i think mistakes like these can be upsetting and it’s always good to pay attention to the food you’re sending out to customers.

I love how the place is so neat and clean aside from the fact that food there especially the salad is bomb 10/10 for me. Food is prepared well and fresh. One thing I like is the people working there, they’re very accommodating and patient. Kudos! I recommend this place and I will surely visit again.
