Forgot my Queso Cheese on my Mexi Fries Deluxe despite me asking for extra twice and her even repeating back the order to me saying “extra cheese for the mexi fries deluxe” in the drive thru. Apparently the new McDonalds, extra means none in terms of modifications, because the Mexi Fries had NO Queso. Pretty sure I paid extra too. Sucks for me I only noticed after I got home 30 minutes away. Thanks Taco Time ??

They need to pay more attention to their orders. Mine was completely wrong, and I recieved a fish taco today, which lol I am allergic to fish and I took a bite before I noticed. So that was a fun thing to have to deal with on my lunch break at work when I didn't have any benadryl on hand. You could kill someone with a serious allergy this way. The guy repeated my order back correct over the speaker so I don't understand how you still get it wrong. It's really not acceptable when allergies are a thing that exist in this world.

I drop by this location once or twice a month because it's near my office. They're usually quick and the food is of consistent quality.On my last visit, the person making the food must have hit the wrong button on the microwave. When I bit into my burrito, the filling was molten hot and burned my tongue and cheek.
