Absolutely unacceptable for servicing. I ordered a Dorito bean bag with cheese and guacamole. They completely forgot my beans and guacamole even though I was charged for both. Then they proceeded to get angry with me, and I have a gastrointestinal health issue. Why the need to make customers go back and forth when they are already hungry? I wish I didnt go there today.

The burrito was filling and well put together. It had a good balance of ingredients, but I found it a bit too salty. Still, it was satisfying overall and worth trying if you’re hungry for something hearty.

Ela was an amazing server! She was very bubbly and open. She was patient with taking my order and had an amazing smile. Also, Selwyn was very respectful and took my order well. The food came out quite fast and was quite tasty. I had the beef taco which was a a solid choice and for a good price. Highly recommend if you are going to chinook!

By far the best taco time in Calgary, service by the front people is great and the food is great too!

My family and I are vegetarian and we went to try tacotime today- we’ve never been here before but the young man at the front helped us narrow down our options. We ❤️ the bean taco bowls!! New favourites :)

I had a great experience with Tamya, the cashier at TacoTime in Chinook Mall! She was friendly, efficient, and made the ordering process seamless. Her trainee, didn’t get her name (medium length black hair) was quite the little superstar, I see a bright customer service future in her eyes! Both of their positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. I have never been a fan of Taco Time and don’t usually steer towards it but i definitely will be coming back! Highly recommend visiting when she's working! Ate all my food in record time!

Service was extremely friendly and efficient and food was exactly as I ordered, even though it was Black Friday and the mall was super busy and hectic. Please congratulate the team! Genuinely, the service at Tacotime stood out for how great they were handling such a busy day.

I love taco time in here! Ella is very lovely, she is always helping me out with the smile on her face no matter what!
The food is awesome by the way, I am ordering a special meal without some ingredients and it is always followed by instructions.

I have a long love affair with Taco Time, but MAN it’s been going downhill in recent years.

We’ve received moldy-smelling flour shells in the recent past and portion sizes are seriously going down. Today? Lettuce WELL past its prime, and 3 hard shell tacos 2/3 filled with barely any meat in them. Ridiculous!! @Taco Time (chinook) what’s going on!?!?!?!
