Ordered apple and cherry pies. I always ordered them in other branches in Calgary and Edmonton and they were always crispy and delicious. Here, not only were they square instead of rectangular, they were also very lightly fried. They stuck to the paper they were wrapped in. I called to share my dissatisfaction with the order, hoping that they would offer to replace it. But in response, they told me that they were prepared according to technology and no measures would be taken. Very disappointed with such service. By the way, in the evening of the same day, my son bought the same pies in SW Calgary branch and they were perfect! Thin, rectangle and crispy!

I’d give no stars if possible, food was so disappointing and they got my order wrong. Don’t bother ordering the large portion burrito as they just give you the same size as a regular with the extra cost. - and if the owner replies with the same generic reply he/she does with every other review, you don’t care about your customers.
Food was terrible service was even worst was called a lier never again will I go their to be treated like that and pay over $40.00 for terrible food they need to get better staff not sure how it has lasted in the mall this long

Hire new workers! Worst service ordered a delivery order for 5 items and only 2 items arrives. Amazing job for forgetting MORE than half the order. Never ordering from this location. Start hiring real workers who are being paid to do their job right.
