bruh moment

The service and the way the workers execute things is incredibly bad. I myself am a service worker, thus I normally let things slide since I often understand other service workers’ perspective, but my friends and I came in today and I was appalled at the service shown to other customers. I ordered a box of takoyaki and shortly after my friends were told somewhere along the lines of “We are out of stock for takoyaki” resulting in them being unable to order what we came this far for. I was incredibly confused because they just took my order not even two minutes ago. To add on, another customer came in right after my friends ordered a karaage and he was refused service because “we ran out of stock” (verbatim) I felt incredibly bad for that customer as there was only one of him, and he was confused as to what differentiated him from us for the workers to refuse service. I dont think it would l have hurt for them to take his order, I understand wanting to close on time but I bring the question, why display on all your sources that you close at 9PM when you stop taking orders at around 8:30? It’s misleading and possibly false advertisement, don’t waste others time, sorry.

I went there for their 2nd year anniversary. Where there's a spinning wheel. I won a free hotdog. Which was super good.I ordered 2-10 pieces takoyaki. And omg! It's so nice and soft.If you are not fan of salty stuff like me, maybe can ask for the sauce on the side. They do give generous portions. It comes to like $1 /each piece. It's not the same kind that you get from kinjo or the Korean all you can eat.. this thing just melts in your mouth.Highly recommended.!

We got the 25 piece takoyaki to share as an appetizer (10 ebiyaki, 10 kaniyaki, 5 original).I had a hard time telling which is which when looking at them but they were all cooked pretty well. They were mildly crispy on the outside and not too doughy on the inside. I felt the sauce wasn't too heavy either. I found the ebiyaki to be the most enjoyable - the shrimp was tender and flavorful. The only part that I felt could be better was for the tako filling to be more tender as it was on the more chewy sideOverall, a really good place to get a snack or something for sharing with friends.

The siomai did not feel like siomai, it was more like meatloaf. It’s way too crumbly and fell apart when I tried to pick it up. I don’t get the hype tbh.

nothing to write home about. the takoyaki was too soft, so soft it won't hold it's shape. it's quite a bit undercooked. store seems to be run by children who would rather be on their phone than accommodate customers. ?

The balls were a little soft, wish they were bit crispy on the outside. Lots of sauce and soft inside made me wish for something more. However, was tasty.

My son and myself travelled this far to try takoyaki. The store was quite busy and so when it was our turn to order, we were told to wait 30 minutes or more which is fine but I need to use their washroom. The lady who was preparing orders was tactless and rude told us No public washrooms here! Wow we are your customers! Thanks for your customer service.

My favorite Takoyaki “たこやき”store in the NE is amazing! The staff are very friendly, and the taste is perfect. You'll experience authentic Japanese quality Takoyaki there! Also, love the spam musubi?!!

10 out of 10I dont know how they make their takoyaki but this hits different for 8 pieces for 10$ GREAT DEAL. one serving is enough to satisfy someone’s craving. Their drinks are good enough same as any bubble tea place. Worth the visit ?✨✨

Came with some friends and ordered more than we could tackle. (8pc is perfect sizing) Takoyaki is very filling, chewy, gooey and tasted great. They do not spare on the toppings! The spam musubi was a necessary break from the rich sauces. Maybe we were unlucky, and the boba was the least exciting. Considering the mushy pearls and not quite green matcha. Nonetheless, this is definitely a place to try if you’re in the mood to support locally provided Japanese street food.our order:1 taro boba1 original spam musubi2 matcha boba3 spicy takoyaki1 kaniyaki takoyaki
