Unassuming authentic local Indian restaurant. Used fresh ingredients and took me back to the roots. I cook Indian food at home, can distinguish between "made from scratch" vs "out of a box" quality.

EXTREMELY STINGY & MIZER when it comes to portion size , they literally fill 30% of the plate for rice dishes (it’s just rice man your not losing any money especially when your charging $5 extra then everyone else , don’t be so CHEAP and GREEDY ? ) , and yes they charge $5 more for the same items you can get at ANY OTHER EAST INDIAN RESTAURANT!

Not only is the food EXCEPTIONAL, but so is the customer service. Very kind and friendly. Even if you don't live on this end of the city, eating this amazing food is well worth the drive.My favorite are curry lamb and butter chicken. Garlic Naan of course ?

I have ordered 2 chicken biriyani and 2 Whole wheat Roti with haleem through Skipthe Dishes. Received very poor quantity of rice and chicken. Also the worst taste of Halim I have ever had. Would never recommend anyone.
