The luster of a once alluring and authentic Mexican restaurant has faded into nothingness. As others have said, the food was tasteless. Mine was soggy. Emotionless, the owners have lost their hard scratch pride. My recommendation is hit Joeys fish shack next door instead.

you know its gonna be good when you get it to go and it comes on a paper plate wrapped in foil.... only the best authentic homies use this tried and true method.... they have nothing to prove, the food speaks for itself....!!! i loved my tacos~!~!~!!!!
Parking: small parking lot at the rear of the building, there is a rear entrance here.

The food was ok. I had the chili rellenos drenched in sauce. I couldn't tell you if it had egg on or not. All I tasted was sauce beans and rice were ok Horchata was delicious, but the place itself.. dirty dishes in the corner piled high, a table with dirty dishes does not make for a great sit in. No one wants to see that. The guy working with the owner, nephew I think was watching TV while making food, but also just hanging out. Like come clean tables. We asked were to out our own plates and he looked lost then said yeah over there pointing to the pile high dishes. We played jenga with our own plates. Not a welcoming experience couldn't wait to leave.
!!!BEWARE ONLINE ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!! Did restaurant give free food to the people who ordered online? If not why the delivery guy had to wait at tanquiera restaurant for 45 minutes and after that food was not given to him.His fault was that he asked 2 how many times it still takes to prepare the food .Restaurant owners behave was rude like he is asking for free food.If the restaurant doesn't like online ordering than he should sign off from the apps.
