I came in on a hot summer afternoon hoping to find a refreshing, non-caffeinated bubble tea. The friendly employee asked if I liked a sour taste and I do, so she highly recommended the strawberry lemonade. It was cold with ice and a bit sour, and less sweet - a perfect combination. Made to my specifications. The boba were delicious with strawberry flavour and some of them magically popped in my mouth with a strawberry surprise. I wish I could have one every day. Very reasonably priced.The place was quiet, and had a bit of seating if you wanted to sit and get out of the heat. A mom and her young daughter were dining in. Lots of parking in the parking lot out front.

Unfortunately I have to say No.I had to throw my chicken sub out. It smelled off. I paid 18$ for sub and a bubble tea. Both not edible/drinkable. The server was very kind tho. Sadly I will not go back...

The drinks were ok imho and could’ve been better. Service was fast but if it comes at the cost of the quality of drinks, then I wouldn’t really say its a winning quality of the business. The interior design of the place is like a hybrid office/clinic vibe which really threw me off the first time i got in and i actually thought i went inside the wrong place.I was curious about the place and disregarded the negative reviews since I wanna be unbiased in giving it a try. However, after my experience here I now have a different opinion towards it. Would I come back in the near future? Unfortunately, no. There are already multiple bubble tea places around the area that serves better drinks and experience overall.

Went here for Vietnamese subs and bubble tea. Excellent subs very good probably one of the best in the city ranked up there with Forest Lawns subs. Really good bubble tea and beef satay ! Will be back for sure, hidden gem.

The smell inside is very wierd. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea and It was pretty tasteless and the pearls weren't very good. Poor customer service as well.
The employee working was very kind, but unfortunately the teas were not enjoyable at all. I ordered a matcha brown sugar milk tea and it was very gritty and bitter. I also ordered a Jasmin milk tea and it tasted almost like stale tea. Both were under sweetened even with the regular amount of sugar. Compared to other bubble tea places, Tea Zone is a little bit pricier as well.
