We have been here twice now and have had great meals both times Hubby had the lamb shank special which was delicious both times i’ve had different kebobs which were both excellent. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous The staff are very gracious and helpful I’d recommend giving this little gem a try

Every dish was a masterpiece. The flavors were rich, authentic, and beautifully layered — you can taste the time, love, and tradition behind every bite. The saffron rice was fragrant and perfectly cooked, the kebabs were unbelievably tender and juicy, and the stews had that deep, slow-cooked comfort that only true Persian cuisine can deliver. Even the appetizers and teas felt like part of a well-thought-out story rather than just menu items.

The service? Exceptional. The staff treated us like honored guests, not just customers. They took the time to explain dishes, offer suggestions, and make sure we were fully enjoying the experience. Genuine hospitality like that is rare.

We were impressed by their kabab torsh, joojeh and beef. Very tasty and tender meet. Very nice environment and service as well.

The attached menu appears to be outdated - the Torshi was priced at $6–7 rather than the $3 listed, and the portion was quite small. The salad didn't taste fresh, and the rice was rather bland. We also ordered the chicken and beef kabobs, but unfortunately, we didn't enjoy the food overall.

Food is tricky and subjective for Iranian. I see people write binary comments for this place. I was at Calgary and searched for Iranian restaurant. The only that I found was Termeh. Yes, the taste of kebabs are not 100% but they are trying. I was a visitor if the city came from Ottawa. I remember the time we had only one Iranian resaurant, and everyone were binary, 0 or 1. Now we have many in Ottawa and quality of foods extremely grown. I like to support Iranian restaurants in Canada. My suggestion to the cheff is to work on marination more.

Authentic Persian cuisine. Didn't look like much from the outside but once you get inside it transports you into another world. I don't even know how to pronounce half the foods on the menu. Highly recommend if you're looking for something different and perhaps a little exotic. Service was a little slow but very friendly.

I couldn’t eat any of the meat in my kebab. When I mentioned it, the staff said the manager wasn’t available and took my number, promising that the manager would contact me later. No replacement was offered for a dish that cost over $30, and I never received a call back.

Termeh Signal Hill – A gem of elegant Persian dining. The atmosphere is calm and refined, with stylish décor and consistently warm service. My go-to lineup: pan-fried rice with beans, sautéed eggplant, or hummus with pita and olives to start, then the Special Beef Koobideh or Lamb for the main. There’s also a great selection of chicken platters and mixed meat kebabs, available as plates or bowls. I’ve been coming here for nearly six years—long overdue in finally leaving this review.

The food was absolutely incredible—authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our guests are still talking about the delicious Kabobs, Fesenjoon Stew and Beef Stroganoff, the perfectly seasoned persian food. Each dish reflected the rich Persian culinary tradition, and the quality was outstanding.
