Beautiful restaurant with a calm, cozy vibe. The food was amazing, and the menu had plenty of variety. They even made a special dish for my child! The staff checked on us several times to make sure everything was perfect. Honestly, I paid close attention because of some reviews, but everything turned out fantastic—truly a traditional restaurant. Special thanks to Atefeh and Mahboob’e for being such kind and attentive servers.

I purchased the Termeh platter for 6 for almost $160 take out. The meat and vegetables tasted rotten and the rice was very dry. The planter portion is more like for 4 adults. At the end it didn’t matter, as I threw most of it out. Persian food is one of my favourite, but I do not recommend this restaurant!

I was very pleased with my experience at Termeh Cafe Restaurant – Signal Hill. The space is cozy and elegant yet welcoming, creating a feeling of being at home. Been their customer for more than 8 years....
Quality and taste is now very lower compared to last years. too expensive, portions getting smaller and smaller. Kabobs are hard and not juicy rice is like not cooked at all,not happy at all...did the management and chefs change?

Food was pretty decent, albeit a little pricey for the amount served. The service was horrible! We ordered drinks which we had to ask for 15 minutes later. Once food was served, no one came to check in. Dirty plates sat on table for over 15 minutes. The server wasn't attentive when we ordered, looking away constantly. We had to flag down a server 2-3 times, as we seemed to be invisible, despite us being a big group. Overall a pretty crappy experience. Would not go back nor recommend 👎

Traveling from Vancouver and found this authentic persian restuarant amazing for food service and atmosphere. We ordered baghali-polo and stuffed egg plant dishes. You cannot regret tasting persian cold beverage here.

The hospitality and the vibe was nice, but the food, specially koobideh kabobs was not good at all. Kabobs were so dry and bland. Other persian restaurants making kabab koubide much more delicious. I guess you should change your chef!
