Our waiter was phenomenal, delivered amazing service even when my friends were being very indecisive. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and described our meals as they came out. Thank you for a wonderful meal.

Loved the drinks, the creative and delicious food and the atmosphere. Took the apple pie home and ate it for breakfast this morning! Yum

Favourite place we ate during our honeymoon. We ordered the spaghetti to share and ended up ordering a second because it was so delicious. Going to be dreaming about that meal.

The beef tartar is delicious. Do not miss out on the dates either! I only wish there were 8 and not 4!! I had the 10oz steak and I have to tell you, it is really good.!

Casual dining with excellent and knowledgeable service. The food experience is incredible! Highly recommend for a social setting and catching up with family and friends.

Model Milk offers diners a fabulous menu with lots of choice, creativity and "not so common" meals. Spaghetti was disappointing, oysters were tiny and octopus and herring meals were small and average. The service/wait staff are absolutely stellar; friendly,professional, knowledgeable and very keen to help. Unfortunately the ambient noise in the "energetic" main dining room is challenging. While so great to hear laughs, cheers, and happiness.....almost impossible to have a quiet discussion or hear a greeting from a passing guest. Staff quickly offered us an outside table where noise was different (traffic & exhaust from 17th Ave) but no concrete reverb.

Didn’t make it in the door before I was singled out for my accent by some regulars.

My wife and I are plant-based. Model Milk had a starter that we shared and a main that we also shared. Both were plant-based (no meat or dairy) and we agreed that both menu items were delicious! Service was timely and very friendly.

Our server Katie was fantastic! She really knew and understood the menu and food pairings. She easily walked me through the menu based on my food intolerances. I also really appreciated that my food choices were not limited and tasted amazing. Great service all around, thank you!

Our server Maggie was outstanding. She was relaxed and helpful quick with a suggestion and a smile. We are visiting from Ontario and we had an outstanding experience. Thank you Model Milk! You are always on our must visit list when we come to Calgary!

We were visiting from out of town and enjoyed the entire experience. Our server gave accurate descriptions of the dishes and wines which helped us in our selection. Great vegetarian selections and the apple pie was exquisite! Look forward to our next visit.

I love all the food and service here in Model milk. My only slight complaint is that the layout of the 2nd floor isn't as aesthetic or nice as the 1st floor. There were packed boxes around and it looked a bit messier, but we had a good time. Ask for a table on the 1st floor.

Love this restaurant! Food is top notch, and the servers are very attentive and knowledgeable. If you're not sure on wine pairing they have you covered. Would highly recommend.

Love this place. Came with some girlfriends and shared everything. The service was phenomenal, it's great to see everyone working as a team. The “You Mezcal Not Pass” cocktail was delicious. As was every dish we ordered. Highly recommend the fried chicken, shrimp toasties and tartar.
