My wife and I are plant-based. Model Milk had a starter that we shared and a main that we also shared. Both were plant-based (no meat or dairy) and we agreed that both menu items were delicious! Service was timely and very friendly.

Our server Katie was fantastic! She really knew and understood the menu and food pairings. She easily walked me through the menu based on my food intolerances. I also really appreciated that my food choices were not limited and tasted amazing. Great service all around, thank you!

Our server Maggie was outstanding. She was relaxed and helpful quick with a suggestion and a smile. We are visiting from Ontario and we had an outstanding experience. Thank you Model Milk! You are always on our must visit list when we come to Calgary!

We were visiting from out of town and enjoyed the entire experience. Our server gave accurate descriptions of the dishes and wines which helped us in our selection. Great vegetarian selections and the apple pie was exquisite! Look forward to our next visit.

I love all the food and service here in Model milk. My only slight complaint is that the layout of the 2nd floor isn't as aesthetic or nice as the 1st floor. There were packed boxes around and it looked a bit messier, but we had a good time. Ask for a table on the 1st floor.

Love this restaurant! Food is top notch, and the servers are very attentive and knowledgeable. If you're not sure on wine pairing they have you covered. Would highly recommend.

Love this place. Came with some girlfriends and shared everything. The service was phenomenal, it's great to see everyone working as a team. The “You Mezcal Not Pass” cocktail was delicious. As was every dish we ordered. Highly recommend the fried chicken, shrimp toasties and tartar.

The food was excellent. Heirloom tomatoes, beets, steak tartar (which was the best I have ever tasted). Cod dish and chicken were also fantastic. Our waitress Acacia, was very knowledgeable and engaging. It was a little on the noisy side but that didn't detract from our meal. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely sensational meal. Had the savoury bread, the calamari, tartare and shared the rib eye which came with a cabbage salad I'm going to be dreaming about for the next few days and sweet potatoes in a beurre blanc. Dead. 10/10 everything. So good.

Kait is such a bright spot for Model Milk. Her very welcoming and extremely pleasant demeanor made our dinner fantastic. Concorde needs more people like her and her vibe/spirit is so rare in this industry. We will return for the food and for Kait!

Always looking to support local businesses. Went here for probably the fifth or sixth time myself, first time for my birthday, and was with my mother. She was served a raw burger, not the medium we were promised, it was as raw as the tartare. Not amazing as it throws the whole meal off. You feel stupid having to wait for a new one and then feel embarrassed being the only one eating once a new one arrives. We were maybe one of 4 tables occupied, but mistakes happen even during quiet times. What really made me make this review was nothing was done to make us feel valued as customers. No money was taken off the burger on the bill. We weren't offered something to say “hey we're sorry I don't want you to have a bad experience and want to earn your patronage again.” Always enjoyed this place, but I will not be back.

We were there at 5:00 pm when they opened to celebrate our anniversary. Though the restaurant was not full we were seated at a small side table. The service was excellent and our server attentive. The appetizer (Shrimp toastie) and small plate Calamari Fricasee) were good. We were not however overly impressed with the Nashville Glazed chicken, and the wedge salad that came with it was tasty but overly drenched in ranch dressing. Thus we would give it a 4/5 overall.

A reliable, solid, Calgary institution at this point that leans slightly on the higher end. I feel like the menu used to take more risks than it does these days but everything tasted great.
