First time visiting, store is nice & decorated well. Employee was friendly, I ordered the Cloud with brown sugar pearls. The drink itself was good but it was quite small for almost $9.00 and about halfway thru the brown sugar drizzle was gone so I was left with just plain milk.

I ordered Shizuoka Matcha with 0% sugar and vegan topping which is non-sugar too, but it tastes even a lot more sweeter than a different drink with 100% sugar. I asked about it, but the employee only mentioned that it is pure matcha and he didn’t do anything extra. He also didn’t let me know that how sweet the drink will be when I ordered ‘0 sugar’ drink with ‘0 sugar’ topping. Too sweet for me, couldn’t drink it at all.

Customer service is amazing, all the workers are so polite! The first time I went I got the kunfu and the most recent time I got the one with passion fruit and both were outstanding. 10/10 would recommend!

So, so, so, so pretty. The atmosphere and "vibe" is so calming and relaxing. The food isn't jaw dropping but still is delicious to have as a side snack for when you're studying or working. Will definitely come again.
Went there and they didn't half of the menu available, after picking the very limited amount of drinks from the menu they then informed us that they can't make any of them due to their blender suddenly not working.

Staffs are nice but the drinks and soft serve are quite disappointing. The matcha cream brulee tastes like seaweed, brown sugar pearls doesn’t have brown sugar at all.Maybe I won’t come back again.
