Best customer service really nice boba and pearls wish there was small middle or large cups but after all 100000/10

This is my go to spot for Bubble Tea as I live close by. Love the vibe and all the bubble tea options are delicious. However, the service is pretty bad and the menu is a bit misleading. We ordered the The Moon Ice Cream. There clearly were boba in the picture. But when we got it, there was none in there. We asked for it, they said we have to pay for it, and the employee even asked us to line up to pay for it. Like seriously? I dont mind paying, but your photo was misleading, and now you want me to line up to pay?
Another thing is they have been running out of stamp cards for a long time. And they don't put any efforts in getting them printed for the customer.
I brought my friends and were embarrassed that they have to experience something like this.
I love the store but it has to do something to fix the issues. Thanks

Excellent BBT and coffee, but unfriendly and indifferent customer services even on perceptively quiet days. I have visited this location twice: once with my 4yo niece where I was flustered to order a drink for her, when asked if I wanted any add-ons I made the mistake, "No, but can I have pearls added to it too?" I received the most condescending response of, "So you don’t want any toppings but you do want a topping?"

The other time, I visited in the late evening to try their coffee and was not greeted upon entering, while the store is empty and the worker looked at me walked towards the counter. I did not receive a response after I thanked them.

Interesting and creative beverages with beautiful ambiance and background music. One of our favourite places in this party of the city.

Really nice bubble tea shop. Customer service was fantastic really friendly staff and the drinks were fantastic and clean.

i LOVE The Moon tea house in Mahagony. It is such a great place to hangout with friends and family. The food and drinks are absolutely amazing, they have an amazing menu that has the best drinks, and the ICE CREAM?, not to mention the atmosphere is the absolute best, it’s so pretty great for photos and it is always clean. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! ?

The drinks and ice cream are great and you can ask for accommodations for your preferences, making it much more enjoyable. They have great service and are such sweet people who can make your experience better and makes a person want to return for more. This is my go to boba shop and I’ll be visiting so often!
