The experience was very nice and it’s very clean inside the staff workers are very nice and totally recommend
We loved this place! We ordered an assortment of drinks including the Flame Cloud, Golden Moon, Jade Moon and even an Americano! So many creative drinks! The winner for me was the Jade Moon as it was so simple yet so refreshing.

Wide variety of drinks and friendly staff. I had a warm interaction with a nice lady, Aliona (hope I got your name right).
So cozy and delicious. I love love love it here. Staff is always so nice and fast. Def recommend. I don't really like pearls, but you can order all drinks without them!

Cozy space and delicious drinks! I got an einspanner and tiramisu matcha and they were both so good. The setting is also great for studying :)
Great tea (and coffee, and ice cream concoctions), great service, perfect atmosphere to meet with people, relax, or get a little work done. You're getting what you're paying for. No notes! (Edit: as per reply there is wi-fi too!)

I've been coming to this location for a while now. The drinks are something I look forward to and the staff are always super friendly! I highly recommend! 💕
The drinks are good, but I'm really not a fan of how there's no tamperproof packaging or tape/sticker added to delivery orders. There's nothing preventing anyone from opening the lid before it gets to my door. I would prefer at the very least they wrapped the drinks in a bag and tied it, but it's literally delivered as a drink and straw (no bag or seal at all).

I'm not in the drink business but here are a couple ideas you can take from every other drink place.
1.You can put the drinks in a bag tie it, then staple it.
2.Put a branded sticker over the opening in the lid that connects to the body of the cup, so the lid cannot be easily removed without signs of tampering.
Great to get in person, but will not order online anymore.
