I’ve tried a lot of satay pho in this city but this is hands down my favourite bowl. I will drive allll the way from the SW to come here. I feel like ‘balanced’ is the best way to describe it. Most other places have too much or too little of something—overly sweet and creamy, lacking in peanuty satay flavour (basically just chili oil in pho broth), good amount of satay but not peanuty enough, too peanuty, not spicy enough. Not to mention, they cook the noodles perfectly! Most other places waaay overcook the noodles to the point they have no chewy bounce left and are just soft and soggy. I know I sound like an incredibly picky eater 😅, but I think that just speaks even more to how this place just does it right! Definitely recommend 😚👍

We have been coming to this restaurant for quite sometime and have noticed the service has been declining the last couple times that we have been here. Tonight we had to ask for water a few times. Not once did anyone come around to ask us anything or even to top up the one glass of water we had. The food was average and the chicken was really dried out. Some family members were at this restaurant only a week ago and were disappointed also and warned us. I will not be in a hurry to go back and let them know when I paid the bill and all I received was a lacklustre “sorry”. I could understand if they were busy but there was only 3 other tables occupied. We started coming to this restaurant as it was handy but will go back to our old favourite which is a little further to drive.

If you are craving a good Vietnamese food this is the place to go. Fair prices and really good food. Portions are also very generous too.

Our friend who loves Vietnamese foods recommend us to come here. We ordered 3 menus; deep fried wonton, Vietnamese yellow crepe, and 3 kinds of meat with vermicelli.
3 kinds of meat is the best for me, recommend! Love it! The rest is okay.
Only 1 server at that time, so I'm not recommend to go when you're very hungry or in rush.
A lot of parking lot outside.

It hurts to give 1 star as this is our go to Vietnamese restaurant for years. However, I did not appreciate how the guy handled my issue tonight. I found a bug on my dish. I called him and asked if that was a bug, he immediately took my plate without apologizing nor an offer to remake my dish. Upon paying, he only took off the tax, I still paid $18.50. It was really disappointing and disgusting. Food safety should always be their top priority.

Probably the biggest and crispiest banh xeo I've ever had in my life! It was really good however I found that it had way too many bean sprouts. I ended up taking out about half of the amount that they put in there. Regardless of that, this is still a dish that I would happily order again!

I had the great pleasure of being invited by a longtime Vietnamese Friend. I have been to many Vietnamese restaurants and they serve mostly the same food at similar prices, but this restaurant had some exceptional food!

To start, the Shrimp Salad rolls here have AMPLE, FRESH BASIL in them that you can't help but notice!

I appreciate that they automatically bring a pot of hot tea 🍵 to the table instead of the regular water.

Then we had something I had never previously tried. I don't recall the real name but it is a type of lettuce wraps that you wrap in transparent rice paper, almost like tacos or Korean lettuce wraps. In these, you do put lettuce, basil, fish or other meat with noodles and then wrap them in the rice paper. It is a fun communal dish for the table. You even dip the rice paper into warm water to soften it. What a cool dish!

Then the Wonton Soup 🍲 was excellent! They had plenty of wontons in the soup!

The servers were very attentive and spoke good English.

Service attitude, spilled a bowl of water on a customer but did not apologize. Rude attitude. Never come back.
