Visited this location twice and the same scenario happened twice. I ask for extra sauce at the cash, get charged for it and the cook doesn't do it. I mention it to the cook and he brushes you off because the lineup is long.Furthermore without your consent, the cashier will charge you for a soup bowl on top of the extra sauce charge.

Worst quality with a Thai express, other locations are great. However, this is the second time now I have ordered from here and the food taste freezer burnt. Also asked for extra sauce on the side, it was spilled all over the bag, they charge almost a dollar more for extra sauce, you would think they could at least wrap it to make sure the lid will stay on, like many other places do. I got the pad see and it is extremely bland and taste like the sauce may be watered down. The only thing you can taste is something gone bad. I stopped eating once I found a shrimp shell in my food, just to note, I ordered beef - there should be nothing to do with shrimp in this dish. The imperial roll was mushy and threw that out as well. Just wasted almost $20 on inedible food. Won’t order from here again.

I just ordered lunch there today. I ordered the Pad Thai and a pepsi. I asked for the biggest size drink in which think her reply was we don't have any so I said pepsi please. I asked for light ice she put no ice. I said you are charging me for a large drink but giving me the regular. She then says something that I can't understand because her English is poor at best. She then says something in her own language to her coworker to then he replies in his own language and they both started laughing. Now don't get me wrong the food is good and the gentleman that cooked the food was nice but these two individuals were not. I will never go back there just due to the amount if disrespect I was given. Absolutely not cool. 100%.
I’m only putting one start because there’s not a lower grade here. Food is not well cooked the sauce is watered down and the service is horrible. I rather just walk to the next Thai express..

Got fried rice with fish today. It taste good but there was a rotting smelly piece of fish in there. I didn't notice it until I put it in my mouth, gagged and spit it out. A rotting piece of fish shouldn't have been there. You guys need to be careful with your food handling preparation and storage. You can make someone really sick so don't try to cut corners when it comes to storage, handling, and preparation of food, especially meat.
