Cashier on thursday was super nice, service 💯food is amazing, they have the biggest smile on their face. Overall i have a great experience there👍🏻

The food was great but the cashier was really terrible. I didn’t get the utensils or no any napkins either so I asked her to get one. And she just throw it to me aggressively and said, this is your tray, not a tray that you are holding. Well, in my tray, there’s my bill and a drink that she gave it to me tho🤷‍♀️
She just messed up my feeling and there’s nobody will like it when someone throwing the forks in to you :((((((((((((

Customer service is awful
Waited 5 minutes to order as 2 staff members just stared at me. Then he put my food on the side and walked away without any eye contact or telling me my food was ready

Bad, scam& expensive for very little food. I paid $22.99 for the lobster pad thai and there were only 3 small pieces of lobsters in it. What a scam. Do not buy from them!!

The cashiers exhibited a warm and welcoming demeanour. I ordered Pad See Ew with shrimp, which required some time but was served hot and priced at approximately $16. The staff at the front displayed kindness and professionalism. My sole suggestion for improvement is the inclusion of a physical menu, as I found it challenging to read the board due to my limited eyesight. Overall, I would assign a rating of 4 out of 5 and would be interested in returning to the establishment.

The lady in front was rude and I asked her about the fountain drink if that was refillable and she said yes and then when I asked for a refill she denied it. The food was not good.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I had a really disappointing experience last Saturday, June 28, 2025, around 8:00 PM. The cashier on duty was very rude. I politely asked if I could place an order and wait, since I was with my 3-year-old who really wanted that food. She said they were fixing something and told me to come back in 5 minutes. But she already takes our order and we’re already paid. I agreed on 5 minutes and said I was willing to wait.

When I came back, I noticed our receipt was thrown away while she is cleaning, even though our order hadn’t been called yet. After 15 minutes of waiting, I saw the food was ready, but instead of giving it to us, she acted like it wasn’t our order and told me to wait another 10 minutes. It was frustrating because the food was clearly ours, and luckily the person who prepared it called me and confirmed it.

That cashier was so disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve had good experiences here before, but her behavior was unacceptable. She was also ignoring other customers and pretending not to see them. We love Pad Thai Express, but staff like her ruin the experience.

The food is amazingly delicious everything about food is fine but the workers are super rude I witnessed a fight before with a Indian guy they were fighting cuz the Indian guy didn’t listen to him when he was talking or telling him your food is ready and he was shouting after they guy left he was cursing the customer and today I somehow experienced the same as I was talking to my buddy the old man was shouting and saying your food😠 but the cashier was idk ok I guess he kinda did his job but I think customer service is what makes a business better and more customers.
All of this happened around 3:56 pm in chinook.
What a customer really wants is a friendly service.

Went here with my friends and we all ordered beef fried rice, but mine doesn’t have egg cause I’m allergic and by the time we were waiting and when the worker finished the order and I asked if there was egg or not, he just shouted and in a different language. And which I didn’t like it

Tried the curry rice at Thai Express in Chinook Centre and it was a total disaster.
The curry was thin and bland, the rice was dry, and worst of all — the vegetables and potatoes were still raw.
Like seriously, how do you mess up something this simple?

It was so bad that I checked Google reviews after eating, just to see if I was the only one — turns out I’m not.
Tons of people had the same complaints, and the store even replies like they care. But clearly, nothing has changed.
Do you even taste the food before serving it? Or are you just throwing random crap into a bowl and calling it curry?

Never coming back. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else.
And please, stop ruining the name of Thai cuisine.

The Cook is so rude. First he gave me raw veggies which were not blanched properly. When I asked him that to cook the veggies properly then he started yelling and arguing. Seriously the worst pad thai. I will not recommend anyone to eat here. Total waste of money and time. Big thumbs down. Don't eat here

Our order was made wrong and upon telling the staff this we were aggressively told what we wanted didn’t exist on their menu. We showed them what we wanted from their website and after some back and forth had it made for us. Staff were very rude and clearly talking about us whilst waiting for it to be served.

I asked for extra veggies and lobster , no eggs and tofu in my pad thaii. They didn’t do what I asked. There’s so much eggs and tofu and the taste is horrible, what makes this worse is that I’m allergic to tofu
