Nahh this place needs to hire new people. That one asian dude is very rude for no reason. Now i see why this place only got 2 stars. If i could give zero stars then i would. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND THE FOOD IS BAD AS WELL

I ordered the tom yum
Soup with SHRIMP but when i received the order it didn’t have shrimp, clearly they aren’t reading the orders properly so I wont be returning to this location.

The staff member serving me was using his phone throughout my wait and then touching the food ungloved. Disgusting behaviour while forgetting my order and serving 3 people that came after me. No apology from him only the worker than gave me the refund apologized. This is not sanitary or acceptable behavior. Ahs will be notified.

The man in the kitchen wearing glasses and a Champion cap. He made the wrong order and still had the nerve to raise his voice at customers. If he can’t do his job properly, why is he still working there?

If he hates his job so much, maybe he shouldn’t be working there. There are plenty of people looking for jobs. Why keep someone who yells at customers?

Got Pad Thai and there was a big chunk of raw onion in there. Not supposed to be in there, the cook messed up…. nasty taste I wasn’t expecting

This is probably the most disgusting and disappointing Thai Express in the city. Despite paying for my meal with extras and providing specific instructions on how I want my food, I consistently receive a dry, tasteless pile of oil with little to no sauce. This has happened so many times that I’m convinced the employee who is often on his phone with earbuds in dislikes his job and his life and is intentionally serving poor-quality food.

I’ve never been to a fast food place that had such horrible customer service. The minute I stood there to order my food, I waited a few minutes as the two people who worked there walked back and forth in and out of my kitchen. The worker who was short and had glasses came up to the till and basically made me feel like I was bothering him from doing his job. He acted annoyed while inputting my order. I politely said thank you and no response. I waited for my food and he called out my order and I said thank you again - no response and no smile. Oh but I did see him laugh with his coworker so a smile does exist. My daughter had took my fork to eat her own lunch and I was actually scared to even ask for another fork but my partner said just go ask. So I walked up and asked for another fork and was met with the same crappy attitude and he did not say a thing at all. Maybe the guy shouldn’t be in customer service or in the wrong line of work. Sorry for actually trying to give you business and bothering you from doing your job. I will not return and after reading other reviews, I’d advise not to give them business.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I won’t be coming back.

When ordering a combo, I listed a few side options before the cashier snapped that the only thing left was one spring roll. I laughed it off, but she clearly wasn’t amused. I’d said I wanted my order to go, yet still had to ask for a takeout bag, which seemed to bother her.

She and two cooks then disappeared into the back, laughing for a while before one came out and proceeded to literally start throwing my food into the container. When I politely asked if they had a cardboard bottom to safely carry the soup in (as most places do) he laughed and said no.

For how overpriced the food’s become, the service was terrible. Really disappointing, especially since this used to be a great spot.

Cashier on thursday was super nice, service 💯food is amazing, they have the biggest smile on their face. Overall i have a great experience there👍🏻

The food was great but the cashier was really terrible. I didn’t get the utensils or no any napkins either so I asked her to get one. And she just throw it to me aggressively and said, this is your tray, not a tray that you are holding. Well, in my tray, there’s my bill and a drink that she gave it to me tho🤷‍♀️
She just messed up my feeling and there’s nobody will like it when someone throwing the forks in to you :((((((((((((

Bad, scam& expensive for very little food. I paid $22.99 for the lobster pad thai and there were only 3 small pieces of lobsters in it. What a scam. Do not buy from them!!

STARZ DEAD

The cashiers exhibited a warm and welcoming demeanour. I ordered Pad See Ew with shrimp, which required some time but was served hot and priced at approximately $16. The staff at the front displayed kindness and professionalism. My sole suggestion for improvement is the inclusion of a physical menu, as I found it challenging to read the board due to my limited eyesight. Overall, I would assign a rating of 4 out of 5 and would be interested in returning to the establishment.

The lady in front was rude and I asked her about the fountain drink if that was refillable and she said yes and then when I asked for a refill she denied it. The food was not good.
