I always go for the Tom Yum with chicken. Always very efficient service, and very friendly staff. Broth is always flavorful.

Greasy and not flavourful! Not worth the price

The woman (asian descent with glasses) who took my order today - March 3, 2025 at around 1:15pm was very rude! I had no problem repeating my order a few times because she was having a hard time understanding English or was not listening at all. I had to ask the cook to make sure what food they were making because she did not punch it right. The woman was very rude when I kindly asked her to change the regular Pepsi to a diet one and gave me a face. She did not want to change for me, even though I had asked her when she was taking my order. Understand there are people out there who cannot have regular soda - like diabetics! The food tasted good - however had bad stomach pain 2 hours after eating here. Not a good experience.

I love Thai Express , first time ordering UBER delivery and sad to say worst Curry I’ve ever had from Thai Express - no taste and soggy. Paying $30 for bad food isn’t acceptable , get better MARKET MALL Thai Express , people work hard for their $ and it isn’t being valued

One of the most embarrassing moments of my life. Ordered 2 pad thai, one was mild and one was medium spicy. The spicy one turned out to be extremely spicy to the point I started sweating and tearing. I let them know that it was probably an accident the spice level and asked them to remake it. Chen (cashier) started yelling and disrespecting me in front of the whole dining area where people stopped eating and started staring. This is unacceptable behavior for someone that works and lives in Canada. What a shame.

I ordered a vegetable basil fried rice to go yesterday. When I went to pick up my order I confirmed with the person that it was the vegetable fried rice and she said yes. When I got home I realized it was not vegetarian, it was chicken pineapple fried rice. Unfortunately, my family is vegetarian so we had to throw it out. Very disappointed in the poor service and a big waste of $15.

I didn't even order because the lady at the till was condescending and rude. I asked to order a mini tom yum soup with no protien and add 2 dumplings. Even told her I don't mind paying extra for the dumplings.... she wouldn't let me order without choosing a protien and rudely said we'll there's chicken in the dumplings. Won't be back. Will go to my usual location in Northhill.

so rude.. one of the ladies got our order mixed up and we went out to go switch it but instead of kindly replacing the food they started yelling at us saying it was our fault. we asked for #4 (general thai) and they gave us the wrong chicken although we clearly said which one we wanted. she then charged us extra money to change the chicken unlike other restaurants. horrible, even the food is bad. she also got our order wrong the second time but we couldn't do anything because she was yelling so loud.

If you don't want to cook food, close the door and talk on the phone. How can you run a business when you have lost your original intention and don't want to do it?? I went there around 2:10 p.m., and it was obvious that they didn't even check whether it was spicy or mild and didn't want to cook the food... If I wasn't in a situation where I was hungry, I wouldn't have regretted eating a burger or subway rather than paying $15 for this;;; ㅉㅉ Just close the door and go home??

I am not recommended this Tai express. Food is ok, but service is pretty bad. They don’t provide you service, when you take service by yourself, they will stop you for extra napkins, even just two pieces extra. I will spend my tips for napkins instead of giving to them next time.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered food for my daughter. They gave her the cold food, she asked them to make the food warm and they said they were only able to warm up the food if we paid 25cents. This is despicable.

Looks like most folks who visit this place are all experiencing the same treatment. The lady was rude and very unfriendly. I asked for an extra plate and she wanted to charge me 25 cents after I spent $37.00. I popped over the NAM(next door) and she gave me a plate for free, the lady there was so nice and friendly. The food was tasty but very cheap on the veggies. I will not go back to Thai Kitchen ever again, there as a lot of other places to go to eat. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
