Stop catering to skip over full paying customers. And thanks for the chopsticks or fork with my takeout order, I now cant eat!
Boss was great, hard worker, good food. Was very accommodating even going so late at night. Keep up the great work and thank you for making my night better

I can’t say enough good things about Thai Express. Not only is the food always amazing, but the people who work here are even better. One of the employees Leo found my wallet in the restaurant and personally drove it to my front door—something very few businesses would ever do. The level of care and kindness they showed goes far beyond great service. Food is amazing. People are amazing. Go here!

I recently tried Thai Express and was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made quickly. The Pad Thai had the perfect balance of sweetness and tang, and the portions were generous for the price. The staff were friendly and the service was fast, which made it a great option for a quick meal.
The only small downside is that the spice level can be a bit inconsistent, so it’s worth being clear about how spicy you want your dish.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend Thai Express if you’re looking for tasty, convenient Thai food at a reasonable price.

Goated. For some reason the food from here tastes way better than other Thai Express locations. A bit pricey but well worth. They give more food if you dine in.

I recently indulged in the Lobster Pad Thai, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of amazing! The flavors burst in every bite, making it a true culinary delight. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the wonderful experience. I can't wait to go back!

Changing from 5 - 3 star. Unfortunately the staff are already losing their new opening drive and it’s reflecting in the food. (some better then others) Undercooked (basically raw) vegetables, stale lumpy rice, poorly distributed sauce and overcooked imperial rolls are just some of the issues I’ve since encountered. Afternoon staff are sitting around at a table looking at their phones, chatting and doing nothing which is concerning about food safety and cleanliness behind the counter. They are clearly getting complacent and lazy. Will still go back but some things I wouldn’t reorder and they need to get the general direction turned around as it started very good but they have since fallen from grace for lack of a better way to put it.
Original review as follows:
Very impressed. New location is small but bright and clean with ample seating. Service was excellent but the workers at the time seemed a bit more reserved so consideration is given for that. Food was tasty and and including a nice mix of fresh vegetables. I opted to eat in and it came out nicely presented and looked appetizing. Only thing that could be improved is the utensils depending on what you are eating. Will be returning and I recommend you give this location a try yourself.
Compared to other Thai express I've tried I would place this one a bit above average. As long as you like Thai express food you should like this one.

Thai Express? More like Thai Wait-a-Long-Time!
Stopped in to grab some takeout, only one person ahead of me, but somehow it still took 25 minutes. I’ve had slower service, but it usually involved a sloth and a sundial.
As for the food? Eh, it was okay. Not bad, not great. Nothing to text the family group chat about, let alone write home. Might go back… if I bring a camping chair.

Went a few times at crossiron mills location. One time made extra spice when asked for no spice. Then had an issue where they said head office won’t let them do something. Their app allows you to add or change items but they can’t at restaurant. Last time the food had excessive sauce added and turned out inedible. So a waste of $15

The menu is difficult for most people to read and understand, especially pricing, which is quite high for the portion size and overall quality. $22 for a regular size pad thai food box and there wasn't much meat, bland with the sauce and vegetables.
Would not recommend dining in, they don' t have good cutlery or chopsticks, or water, or any side sauces/spices...
so it's really just overly-expensive mediocre take-out.
