I ordered Pad Thai and the food was tasteless. I love Thai Express, most of the locations are good, but this location is the worst. Shouldn't order in this location.

I ordered from here while the food was good the lady at the register told me to go away very rudely after I asked for napkins when I needed more because my mom WHO WAS WITH ME ordered it and not me not coming back if the same lady is working the cash register

It was a restaurant with just the right amount and taste for a stomach tired of steak.

My mom didn't really like buying stuff from this location, since there was less food and it was more expensive than the same location at the Suncor Energy Center. I would buy it again, but it looks like a scam.

they allow themselves to serve chicken dishes that are not fresh, hard and that taste disgusting, just because I ordered at the last minute before closing, in other words, they made me eat the rest of their day instead of putting it in the trash

Got a Thai red curry at the food court in the Core Mall. Unfortunately, it was very sugary and the tofu was over cooked. Would not recommend.
This is best to me among Thai Express branches in Calgary downtown. Of course, this is a fast food restaurant and I don’t expect high quality authentic Thai foods at the prices. However, compared to other branches, their seafood soups were best and I willingly walked 15min to get there rather than ones close to my office.

Had I read the reviews I would’ve not ordered from this stall. The pad Thai was just noodles and bean sprouts with tiny few pieces of tofu and meat and 4 small shrimps. It was inedible as it was very oily, I had to throw it away after a few spoonfuls. Doesn’t taste like the real deal. The shrimp rolls are stuff with vegetables and 3 tiny shrimp, the peanut sauce was ok but not enough for 2 rolls as without the sauce it’s bland. Not recommended. Price not cheap for that quantity.

I PAY for extra sauce every time. Some cooks give it, others don’t which is getting quite irritating. When it’s not extra sauce, the noodles come in a clump.

Gross. I ordered the tofu pad Thai a usual for me but the tofu tasted stale and neglected. Almost like bananas were left next to it and the taste seeped in kinda deal. I am disappointed especially for this location.

I love Thai Express. I ordered my favorite noodles with my friends: the Pad See Ew. The atmosphere was nice; not too many people but the tables were a little dirty which was fine. When I ordered, the guy at the cash register was sorta rushing me through and he was glued to his phone. It took around 20 minutes to make the noodles and I was starving. The food came out and the first thing I noticed was that the noodles were hard. I ate a loose piece and it was cold. After stir-frying, I don't think noodles should be cold and hard. I tried to at least eat the eggs and the meat in the noodles. Soon, I tried to turn the noodles over, to eat the warmer section in the middle. However to my shock, the noodles were all held to eachother in one piece and the paper from the plate came off with the bottom section of the noodles. I was very unhappy and I put the noodles in the garbage with a lot of guilt. I knew that the Pad See Ew was gonna be on the list of the things I had to eat if I went to Hell. This was my worst Thai Express experience so far... ?

If you love Thai Express, steer clear from this location unless you want to be disappointed. The food lacked flavour, the portion that I received was terrible. The take out box was half empty... And the guy at the cash register was glued to his phone.
