Thai Express Restaurant Calgary

Always they put us on wait though they are not busy whenever we go but still we have to wait 10-15 minutes for the skip order. I don’t understand why don’t they respect us food should be ready by the time we arrive we always have to wait 15 minutes for the pickup. Please manager let them know that they have to make the food ready when the driver is arriving because we don’t get paid for the waiting time.

I waited a few weeks to review this after i compared it to other locations. This location has way smaller portions than other ones. I noticed the chef hand measured the protein, noodles, and veggies vs pre portioned like other locations resulting in smaller portions. Came hungry left hungry.

Stopped in for a quick dinner as it was a convenient location off the deerfoot. Service was great, I got the Pad Thai, my wife got the Shak-a-bowl both with chicken. They were both really tasty. Easy ordering, you pick your protein, meal and spice level. I ordered mine medium spice and it was a good level for me. Great place for some quick Thai food. The restaurant was clean, lots of parking. Tha ks for the quick dinner!

The new ownership is absolutely garbage. Bad service by the older cook and bad sanitation. I love Thai express but I’ll never come this location ever again.

Slower than slow. The prices just keep going up. Added a protein for an additional cost, there were 4 pieces of protein in the entire meal. Not seeing any reason to go back.

I had 3 orders last week, and the lady made my order...it was so good...my co- worker like her pad thai tastes good, not dry....I always bought it in this store 2x a week...the lady was friendly

worst servants ever . i said hy three times and the guy infront of me didnot even reply and when i told their one of other servants she told me he is making order use your common sense he cannot reply to your hello . you all can assume with this convo how they talk with someone .

I ordered takeout of Shake-a-bowl with peanuts. Upon arrival in my office realized food is missing peanuts.
The lady working confirmed with the chef to add peanuts.

There are no sauces to add to the food and it takes a long time, the food dishes are very simple, it lacks much more flavors, the chef can improve if he wants to, the spoon he gives is made of wood and you can't eat it with that Good pasta in soup, this is my second time eating at this chain and I really don't recommend it.

Love this place. I order through Skip every week during my online classes and very rarely has it ever been messed up. Pad See Ew on point, chicken bokbok fantastic. Seems like no other Thai express can manage to do as well as this place.

Pad Thai tasted like ketchup. Lemon grass stir fry was too salty and had no flavor very impressed how they pulled that off. Service was fine until we nicely asked for two cups of water and the girl obviously rolled her eyes at us. Atmosphere was grungy bags of rice in the dinning area on the floor and they where also selling bar stools in the dining area. Would not recommend ever. We will never be back.
