Thai Express Restaurant Calgary

I had been visiting this location for years almost weekly. Went back this week for the first time in 2 years and based on my experience it's gone down hill. Ordered the pad see ew and biggest disappointment was rather than chinese broccoli as the menu states it was served with regular broccoli. Shrimp weren't as good of quality as they used to be either. Ordered it 'spicy' and not much for spice. The staff were friendly though hence the 3/5.

They have a friendly staff and are very accomodating and I love the spicy tom yum soup! I would absolutely recommend the food and this location.

The food is good and the staff are even better. Thanks to Beny who takes the time to suggest items suitable for me.

Staff are very courteous and friendly. Cooks and prepare delicious thai meals..Will keep on coming back?

Pad Thai is oily and too simplistic. Just noodles and chicken with way too much sauce. Hardly can call it pad thai

This location is the crème de la crème of Thai Express. I’m notorious for showing up just as they’re closing and they’ll never turn me away. They don’t hold back on add-ins and flavor is ?. They’ll remember your name and your go-to order, always greeting you with a smile. 10/10

I frequent this Thai Express often and the main reason is not just because of how good the food is (my signature order being the General Thairacha), but the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. My most recent visit involved me ordering the usual, but they recommended I try the meal with some fresh fish. I don't usually eat fish myself, but I came in with an open mind and greatly enjoyed the meal. I highly recommend anyone to go here and give the menu a proper try.
