Thai Express Restaurant Calgary

Well clearly they are bad at listening to requests. Do not like pineapple or onion in my fried rice, but also cant stand basil. So asked for thai fried rice but they had to go ahead and give basil fried rice.

Clearly they know better than you as to what you want.

This food court is pretty rough in general but this is by far the best place to eat there. Food is always fresh. Great portions. Clean. Definitely suggest them.

Red Curry Taste Bland and its too sweet

I ordered two items for lunch today. The young cook was not only friendly, energetic, professional - he was also knowledgeable. He explained to me how to correctly pronounce Pad See Ew in Thai and Chinese. Even the fried rice was tasty. Thank you, so much. My family and I enjoyed our lunch tremendously.

The food was bland , not what I ordered. Forgot my sons food had to ask twice to get it. Cheap on the sauce especially for the price. Won't be back

We bought lunch at this Thai express at Sunridge mall today- Dec. 3, 2025. My husband had the rice wih fish strips and i had rice with chicken and basil.
Bad customer service and food was not at par with price and expectation. The chicken and basil with rice menu was all rice and hardly any chicken and only small bits of chicken only.
The rice was saturated with soy sauce and full of carrots and onions. My husband's menu had only a bit of fish strips and the rice was full with soy sauce. What an awful service and unexpected kind of menu. Very disgusting and very poor service.
The worst Thai express in Calgary! We can't recommend this Thai express location to friends.

Very bad customer service. Filipina lady was very rude. So what if the cutomer left for while after ordering? You are located at the food court and some customers can't just standby at front while cooking the food. You have the monitor who's order was it. I know you guys are tired but atleast try to be nice and not talk shit at the front of your customers.

This was literally the last thia express in this city that I loved an i mean the city, I've eaten at all of them. From when the one in Marlborough closed ?..
The food the service was always with a smile. But today they disappointed ? and when I asked if they changed anything ? A confident NO..yet the food was bland tasted like when u take frozen food out and reheat, watery with no taste. What gets me is that they didn't care to acknowledge that maybe this veteran lol may know what she is talking about. Or be dead ass honest and tell me due to Trudeau taking all our money we had to water down our seasoning ??‍♀️

I highly recommend shrimp fried rice. It is so delicious.
I never miss going to Thai express whenever I am in Sunridge . The food and service quality is truly exceptional. Thank you to the staff especially Benjue and Leigh.
