Please do not order from this store using the app, they reroute your to a far away place and don’t pickup or refund you. If you can can’t go into the restaurant to get your food. Do not order!!!
I have submitted the feedback and still no response. I will just call my bank to dispute the charge.
Been eating at this same Thai express for 7 years, getting the same order, pad sew beef medium spicy. Never misses, great taste and portions. I’ve tried all the Thai express restaurants in the city, this one is the best.

Absolute worst branch of Thai Food Express. My order arrived incomplete, and no one answered the phone despite multiple calls. Spend your money elsewhere—consider this your warning.
They are horrible at taking orders.. asked for 5 items and got charge only 3.. and of course there I was waiting for the items until found out that they didn’t add it.

I ordered noodle soup, it look like someone already eat it. There's rice mixed in with the noodles, making it look like someone's leftovers. It's been stirred, and the bean sprouts and onion at the bottom is already blended with the noodles... So disgusting!

Well clearly they are bad at listening to requests. Do not like pineapple or onion in my fried rice, but also cant stand basil. So asked for thai fried rice but they had to go ahead and give basil fried rice.
Clearly they know better than you as to what you want.

This food court is pretty rough in general but this is by far the best place to eat there. Food is always fresh. Great portions. Clean. Definitely suggest them.

I ordered two items for lunch today. The young cook was not only friendly, energetic, professional - he was also knowledgeable. He explained to me how to correctly pronounce Pad See Ew in Thai and Chinese. Even the fried rice was tasty. Thank you, so much. My family and I enjoyed our lunch tremendously.
Banjue was really nice and the food is really good ... must try their fried rice
