Consistent Food & Warm Staff!

Ordered the beef Pad Thai but was given chicken instead. Mentioned it just as a FYI but the staff insisted on fixing it even though I said it was fine with the chicken, really appreciated for the great service.

The pad thai is tasty and flavorful. Not supposed to be as authentic as traditional Thai places but consistently delicious for a quick meal.

Would come back for a quick, consistent Thai meal.

Nice food with very rich, intense flavors - maybe even too intense. The Tom Yum was missing two things: real Thai-level spiciness and lemongrass. I kept adding hot chili sauce, but it somehow vanished, swallowed by the flavor tsunami.

The noodles were excellent and the service fast. Good food, just a bit too polite - and a bit too shy with lemongrass - for those who expect Thai spice to make them question their life choices.

It was so great chef marks food was amazing the amount was perfect and filling and chef Mark was one of the best this is a must visit!

Awful service, and very dismissive about their mistakes; not the first time too. The lady makes excuses to make it seem like it's not their fault? They clearly make it a habit not checking pick up orders so beware. Second time this has happened with our very simple pick up order.
Photo clearly stated Pad sew. This location is definitely not recommended

Tried the tom yum fried rice. It taste terrible dont know if any one would try that its like eating medicine flavored rice. Smells Awful.. Never gona try this place ever again.

Has a solid allergy protocol, lots of gluten free options and I eat here as a celiac. Always a TON of food in an order. Lovely customer service, especially as someone with dietary restrictions I appreciate how seriously they take it.

I ordered fried rice with “lobster”… My order came with NOT EVEN A SINGE PIECE of lobster. I will never order from this restaurant again!!

Very very dissapointed a RIP OFF. I bought extra extra Tofu on a Tofu fried stir fried rice I did NOT RECIEVE what I ordered. It tasted NOT Good and was Not whst ordered. Very dissapointed. Don't recommend it. This is so horrible. They STOLE my money and did NOT Provide what I ordered. Can't trust what u order online. The soup was horrible too NOT enough so small size and barely anything in it. Oh yeah I Paid for extra vegitables and Tofu I did NOT get them. I feel SCAMMED. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN !!!! GO ELSEWHERE THIS PLACE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. THE BEEF WAS RAW. I JUST HOPE MY HUSBAND DONT GET SICK FROM IT. DISSAPOINTED PLACE. I USED TO EAT ST TAI EXPRESS EVERYDAY IN NE and other locations there food was the best and they made it awesome No issues in anyways. This location is poor service poor quality STAY AWAY !!!!

Vegetarian options: Tofu fried Rice I paid double for Tofu and still did NOT receive what I ordered. Don't be fooled. Buy else ware

Did not taste like any other Thai express we have had. Very disappointed. Tasted like day old Chinese food that was reheated.

Absolutely fabulous service. Walked in at 8:50, late I know when they close at 9. Welcomed me with a smile and were more than happy to cook for me. As someone who works in the fast food industry, this is the level of service we strive for. Thank you folks!

Bad presentation bad experience. Was eating there food with bad memory. Missing products while they delivered, overcharged products. Not would order it again true the any delivery services. Charged me $2 for every chicken wing, I was hoping to get nice big one at least. They missed one, you can’t get it back and they were so small, looks that price can’t afford it. Pure people I feel sorry for there business. Nope no way again. Treat you’re customers good, they will come back, you wouldn’t worry about to save on them. Noodles was good, but memory during eat noodles brought me no satisfaction because of choking wings , thank you giving you 2 stars.
