We are two couples who separately ordered burgers…. Which were great however, the service was terrible!!! Our friends ordered first and got their burgers 10-15 minutes. We waited close to 40 minutes for our burgers, our friends had already finished theirs. Very disappointed in the service, I had to remind them that 35 minutes later we were still waiting!!

I had a disappointing experience at the AG Grill on the Calgary Stampede grounds. When their technology failed, they couldn't switch to manual operations, leaving us without any food. To make matters worse, the cashiers were rude and unhelpful throughout the situation. I would not recommend this place to anyone visiting the Calgary Stampede grounds due to the horrible customer service and lack of food.

Undercooked burger on the first day of the 2024 Stampede. It was clear the staff were rushed. Maybe stick to fried carnie food and skip the sit down restaurant.

It is not in the Big Four building at all. Its located in the AG BUILDING next to the SADDLEDOME and Nutrien event center.
