The Banquet (Mahogany)

We went for the seafood boil and the food was cold, most of the mussels were closed (not properly cooked), corn was mushy and overcooked and all under seasoned except the crab. When I asked for salt and pepper, server forgot and never brought it. We mentioned quietly food was cold, and she took $20 off of $216 (food portion). Our server was very friendly, but forgot to bring a couple of other items as well. We left a $30 tip and when paying she asked if something was wrong with her service because we ONLY left a $30 tip (10%). The food portion of our bill didn't warrant a tip sadly to say. Not once did a manager come to speak with us either. I agree with tipping more obviously but not when the service and/or food doesn't warrant it.

We went for seafood specials last night, we had a good experience , the food is so good , fresh and yummy, Terry my sever she did excellent job, she make sure we have wonderful dinner with top of service mind, will be back Thank you.

We went for a fun crab boil dinner. It was quite good and had more than enough food for each of us. Servers were great, young lady dressed up as a lobster delivering food was adorable and it was a good laugh. Thank you!

Very loud, lots of kids running wild, getting hurt - parents fault, not restaurants. Servers were nice and friendly, food came out in good time. It was fine, standard pub type fair. Too loud and crazy to converse or enjoy ourselves time. Felt bad for staff trying to navigate around out of control kids. Most games upstairs weren't working. Overall a little disappointed. We're first time customers out for a birthday with a toddler. So knew kids would be around, but watching climb the price is right wheel, falling off and hurting themselves not the entertainment we hoped for. Again, mostly felt bad for the staff trying to work in such an environment.

First time visit on Friday Oct. 01. Good feeling of this establishment!! Definitely trying going on a weekday .

We were very disappointed with our recent visit. Despite noting on our reservation that we had a 15-month-old and a 3-year-old, we were seated at a table that couldn't accommodate a highchair or booster seat, which made things unnecessarily difficult from the start. Service was very slow, and when our food finally arrived, it was both burnt and cold. To make matters worse, the kids' meals came out last, which was especially frustrating given that we had young children with us. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations, and we left very dissatisfied.

Monday bowling is such a good deal! Love the atmosphere here, restaurant was clean, the servers was attentive and friendly, food was great and I will be back !

The best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Not only was the service 11/10 but my daughter and I had the best time playing games and eating delicious food. The games aren’t overpriced like a lot of other gaming places which was so nice.

Huge shout out to our server Angela for being the best of all time. A regular Monday lunch time turned core memory simply because of Angela. Thank you. We will definitely be back. 150% recommend.

Jessica provided amazing service right from the beginning with her friendly attitude. The espresso martinis made by Grayson were fantastic. We have always enjoyed the food and drinks here. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our meal on the rooftop patio, which is spacious, fairly quiet and comfortable. Our server was friendly & attentive. and the food itself (we ordered 5 different meals) was definitely top-notch. I've been to this Mahogany location several times, as have my family members, and we have had great experiences each time. Highly recommend!
