This was a really authentic experience of Western Canada breakfast. The Caesar drink was super spicy, but great. The French toast was amazing and we loved the spinach mushroom Benny. Yum!

Excellent location for the couple who we were meeting, in relation to their hotel's address (899 Centre St S), where that couple could easily walk to The Beltline. This restaurant is so open and bright and clean. Kelly was our server and so efficient, friendly and kind. The couple we were meeting were in Calgary for their first visit. They were a little late arriving, so Kelly got us drinks and menus. Our booth was so roomy. I made us a reservation beforehand, very easily, online. The food was amazing. We all loved what we had. Our son, who lives in Calgary (we live in Okotoks), had highly recommended The Beltline and we now know why. Really impressed with the cleanliness of their washrooms. An amazing dining experience and a restaurant that I will for sure go back to and recommend to others. Thank you, Kelly, for knowing the meaning of great Customer Service. We all appreciated your kind nature, your smile, your sense of humour and for ensuring that we all had what we wanted and needed.

Went here yesterday morning with a group of 15. The moment we walked in the vibes were off and it seemed like the most difficult chore to get us seated. As a big group we understand it may take extra time and accommodation to get us seated but it was the way it was handled that was extremely disappointing. We felt like a burden instantly and staff had a stinky attitude, even shaking their heads and rolling their eyes at us. Manager did nothing to diffuse the situation and even let another staff member interrupt to continue to argue her point (even after admitting that she did roll her eyes). Also find it hilarious that somehow 5 good reviews appeared after other members of my group left our bad reviews.. lol will never be back

I witnessed a large group nearby being treated very rudely by the staff. The employees were impatient, and unprofessional, which completely ruined the atmosphere. It was uncomfortable to watch and definitely made me question whether I’d return. Customer service should be a priority, and sadly, it was very lacking here. There was no reason except the group was large and they were even offering to separate. I even witnessed the chef shaking her head rudely. Shame on you staff.
