The Berwick Public House

I dislike giving poor reviews but it is what it is. The food was not great. The mini Yorkies tasted and had the texture of a donut, not yorkshires and the neat was very tough. Aw well, the manager was talking openly about the oncoming server in an unnecessary way. "She isn't at least 5 minutes early so she is late", then decides to verbally reprimand her in front of customers. In reality she was on the floor actively working 2 minutes before her shift, which he openly stated was at 3pm. I dislike this behaviour especially in front of customers. It simply isn't professional.

A year ago: (please see update below) Excellent experience in this pub every time. So glad we have this gem in our neighborhood!!

Update: In the past couple months things changed with the new management. I come here to meet up with the locals and the consistent bar staff. However, the bartenders changed as did the vibe. The locals I've spoken with aren't appreciating this change nor am I. The regular bartender that used to be on Saturdays isn't. The Saturday vibe isn't the same. What was wrong with the former consistent schedule? I used to come here every Saturday night, now that's changed. I want to support local and have appreciated the constant people and schedule. I'm disappointed!!

Went on Halloween night for a little dinner. I had the onion dip, which was absolutely delicious, a little Spicy, but it balanced so well with the apples. Would highly recommend for someone wanting somthing small

My favorite of the local pubs in the city. One for the few that has that friendly local pub environment without feeling like a complete hole in the wall. Great patio, good food, awesome specials

Love Thursday night here

9 very hungry people from Australia had the dinner there last night. The Sirlion steaks x 6 was excellent, the egg noodle with chicken was divine, the chicken burger with the caesar salad x2 was excellent. Service was on point. We were looked after, only down side was the UFC final was not telecast on your screens.

Great neighborhood pub to visit. Really good food.

The prime rib on Saturday is awesome and their wings are great too ( sometimes a wait) they had some of the best potstickers I've up until recent. I've had their noodle bow recent and really enjoyed it.

We’ve been here before and LOVED the fried cheese curds and the “milk and honey” pizza. We went tonight and they got rid of both of our favourites. Plus the items we did order were over cooked and not even close to as good as they used to be. The server clearly disliked her job and often walked away from the table while we were trying to order.

Always a good place to come and chill. Eat a bunch of yummy wings and chat with the folks. A little loud, but what place isn't. Waitress tonight was busy, so it took time to place an order of wings. Drinks came fast. Great local watering hole.
