The music was amazing but the food was not worth it at all. We should’ve known it was a red flag when we were the only table eating in the entire restaurant. Don’t even worse it was the music. The food was under seasoned and underwhelming. If you’re going to go here, go only for the music and maybe some drinks.

Best live music establishment in Calgary. Such a shame it’s going away.

Amazing little spot. I'm sad it's days are numbered due to development. We had frog legs and catfish and chips. It was delicious. Beers were cold and the music was great. Hope to be back before its gone.

It's not terrible for a hole in the wall. The thing that gives them 2 stars rather than 3 is they always claim to be "part of the community" but then never shovel their sidewalk after it snows, Ever! I dunno, if they're part of the community they'd respect people living and working nearby, so.. yes they're in the community, but thats for our beer money, that's it.Anyway they'll be gone soon, and lots of people are sad for a music venue leaving, which I get, but I'm sure the people they sold the spot too will at least shovel.

I went for the first time in like 25 years last weekend and it was a great time! One friends of mine were playing so my girlfriend and I decided to have a date night. We ordered some food. And way too many beers! She had the shrimp Po boy. It was good, the shrimp was crisp, the feg was fresh, nothing got too soggy, sauce was flavorful. The corn bread... Wow!!! I could have eaten a whole tray to myself! I had the mac and cheese. It had a good kick. Lots of jalapenos, the chorizo was good. It wasn't too runny and it didn't seize as some house mad mac and cheese have a tendency to do. All in all it was a great night and it's beyond sad and disappointing such a great little piece of Calgary music heritage is being replaced by more condos. I will miss it!
