First time at this restaurant today. We started off with a little amuse-bouche, a mini waffle served with maple syrup and a berry jam I really liked. It wasn’t too sweet, which I appreciated. The waffle itself was soft and really tasty.
For our actual breakfast, we both went for the eggs Benedict. Honestly, they were really well done, exactly what you’d expect from a good Benny. Since waffles seem to be one of their specialties, the eggs Benedict were served on waffles instead of the usual English muffin, which was a nice twist.
Really good coffee as well.
As for the duck fat potatoes, while they’re probably healthier, they tasted pretty much like regular hash browns you’d find anywhere. So maybe that’s one area they could level up a bit.
One thing that was definitely missing from both our plates was fruit. You had to order fruit as an extra, but I think adding even just a few pieces of fruit or a bit more greenery to the plate would really elevate the dish.
That said, the staff was super friendly and the space is lovely, bright and welcoming. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience. The breakfast didn’t feel as generic as it does in a lot of places around town, and the menu had a lot of interesting options. Definitely a spot I’d go back to for breakfast.
Had a great brunch here! The short rib hash was delicious. Highly recommend.
This is the most amazing group of staff. This was our first time at this restaurant and were very impressed with the outstanding and service. The trip from Saskatchewan was well worth the experience. The owner was very good with his staff.

Ordered breakfast 2 hours ago, 3 different delivery people tried to pick it up but the incompetent restaurant couldn't see to cook eggs within that time so uber cancelled after I wait two full hours. How hard is it to cook up a few eggs? I don't get it.
Great food, coffee and service. Highly recommended!
This place is five stars all around. The food, the service, and the atmosphere. A great place for breakfast. It never disappoints
House cured bacon breakfast poutine 1/2 hash and 1/2 arugula with burnt bacon. They replaced the bacon on the side, but I don’t have a good picture. Taste was good as usual.
The service was amazing and the food was out of this world! Five stars all the way!
The waffle was hard and cold to eat. Tough to chew on

Generally I don't like the atmosphere, nor the service. Food Ok, but not so good. Won't be back. It's a shame because it's so near home, I expected to enjoy a leisurely brunch and good service, but quite disappointed.

This place is a zoo. The service is miserable, waitresses run around because they are so busy, so there's absolutely no personal connection. It's all about getting as many people as possible, and turning tables. The place is extremely loud, tight, and the kitchen staff yells ( orders and such) right in front of you. Ketchup was thrown on our table, ketchup in little pouches, like it's Denny's or something. Most of servers don't smile at all and look unhappy.
Tip ??? For what?? If you're charging $$$ and expecting high tip, you have to have great service, attitude, and create a calmer environment.

First time in this place as it is very hard to get a table! Better to call an hour or so ahead of time in order to get on a waitlist. The place is very crowded but the service and food were great! Would comeback ? they also do to go coffee and smoothies after the meal!

I just ordered with Skip the Dishes, I purchased the Chicken Pountine Hash (duck fat roasted taters) . This was exactly what I have been craving. It was one of the BEST things I have put in my mouth ! Can't go wrong with potatoes, gravy and cheese ?

I can deal with the food being mediocre and slightly cold and being overcharged on our bill (it was corrected). What I think is absolutely disgusting is the baby chair they brought out for our six month old. It was supposed to be grey but was green it was covered in so much old food. If a regular chair looked like that, no adult would sit in it but they expect you to put your children in it. If that’s the cleanliness level they uphold, I question what the kitchen looks like. Will not be returning.

Honestly this place is just ok, I judge a breakfast joint by their bacon. And the bacon here is wack, looks crispy but is soft and chewy. And way way too sweet. And the rest of the menu is really just average.
