Generally I don't like the atmosphere, nor the service. Food Ok, but not so good. Won't be back. It's a shame because it's so near home, I expected to enjoy a leisurely brunch and good service, but quite disappointed.

This place is a zoo. The service is miserable, waitresses run around because they are so busy, so there's absolutely no personal connection. It's all about getting as many people as possible, and turning tables. The place is extremely loud, tight, and the kitchen staff yells ( orders and such) right in front of you. Ketchup was thrown on our table, ketchup in little pouches, like it's Denny's or something. Most of servers don't smile at all and look unhappy.
Tip ??? For what?? If you're charging $$$ and expecting high tip, you have to have great service, attitude, and create a calmer environment.

First time in this place as it is very hard to get a table! Better to call an hour or so ahead of time in order to get on a waitlist. The place is very crowded but the service and food were great! Would comeback ? they also do to go coffee and smoothies after the meal!

I just ordered with Skip the Dishes, I purchased the Chicken Pountine Hash (duck fat roasted taters) . This was exactly what I have been craving. It was one of the BEST things I have put in my mouth ! Can't go wrong with potatoes, gravy and cheese ?

I can deal with the food being mediocre and slightly cold and being overcharged on our bill (it was corrected). What I think is absolutely disgusting is the baby chair they brought out for our six month old. It was supposed to be grey but was green it was covered in so much old food. If a regular chair looked like that, no adult would sit in it but they expect you to put your children in it. If that’s the cleanliness level they uphold, I question what the kitchen looks like. Will not be returning.

Honestly this place is just ok, I judge a breakfast joint by their bacon. And the bacon here is wack, looks crispy but is soft and chewy. And way way too sweet. And the rest of the menu is really just average.

My husband and I visited this restaurant today, and I feel compelled to share our frustrating experience. We're newcomers and not yet fully familiar with Canadian service and cuisine, so we decided to try one of the most popular breakfast chains. We were seated at 12:47pm, and by 12:56 pm a waitress named Ada, with dark hair and glasses, came to take our order. Since the menu was completely new to us, we needed more time to decide. My husband ordered his meal and politely asked for an additional five minutes for me to make my choice. To our shock, the waitress said, "Sorry, we have a long waitlist, and we need to serve everyone promptly, so I won’t leave until you place your order." We were stunned and asked for just two minutes, but she repeated that she wouldn’t leave until I made my selection. Under pressure, I quickly pointed at the first salad I saw. The most baffling part was that by 1:07, half of the restaurant was empty.
I’m not sure if this is considered acceptable service in Canada, but it was extremely off-putting. To be clear, the rest of the staff were friendly .This experience left a very bad impression, and I hope you take it seriously.

We visited this place a few times and enjoyed the food. However, the ambiance was always a little on the noisy side.
Anyways, in our last visit, we sat next to the open kitchen, and we could observe the food preparation.
Unfortunately, we noticed that the multiple cooks were handling food with bare hands. Any dry food item is simply picked and processed by hand. Waffles, slice bread, chicken fingers, salmon filet, etc. Just about any dry item. Even arugula leaves and onion garnish.
One cook had an apron, and he kept handling food with bare hands, then wipe his hands on the apron , go on to handle more food items, wipes hands on the same apron and on and on.
Seeing this was not encouraging.
Moreover, the hash potato had a clear taste of old frying oil.

There is buy one get one free offer on Uber eats, most time you don't need to add 2 item, the Uber will charge 2 item for 1 price, but this store can't even add 2 items in it, if you can't follow the rule just don't play with it then. Not ordering from here again. (The food is not bad.)

Food is delicious but it's so loud when it's busy with no noise control mechanisms or anything to bounce sound off. Will just order takeout from now on because I left with a headache.
