My son and I stopped on our way to school and work to try their birthday bliss for yychotchoclatefest. We were not disappointed! The staff were friendly and excited. The cafe is small but casual. It’s a fun spot. Thanks for the beverages. We will be back!

I ordered the Birthday Bliss at the Bullet Coffee House from the YYC Hot Chocolate Fest! ??It tastes just like a Birthday Cake in White Chocolate form. It was not piping hot (just the way I like it), so it went down easy & I don't need to worry about burning my tongue. It's delicious but just a touch over on the sweet side. I usually prefer Milk chocolate over White chocolate & Dark chocolate, but in a liquid form this definitely makes me reconsider white chocolate!No complaints on service, they're nice people & asked the customers after me if they wanted an extra cup so that they could share their Birthday Bliss order.The atmosphere matches their drink, the decor has a birthday party theme to it.. light, fun & playful vibe.Also, they have a deal on less fresh muffins (2 days old) for $1.90 for budget conscious people that would still like a treat, which is great with the raising cost of living expenses!

I took my 2 kids today to try the Feb chocolate fest drink.We picked the order and left. My boys told me it was not chocolate, only warm milk.So I don't know if there was a misunderstanding in the order, or the chocolate flavor was too weak

Smelt funny when first walking in. Went for the hot chocolate fest. Wasn’t too bad. Food was meh.Staff were friendly.No washrooms.Parking is so so, tons of pot holes. But it was free!Parking: Lots and lots of pot holes. Lunch time is harder to find spots.

Great neighborhood coffee shop. Amazing muffins and coffee. Lovely staff !!!
I’m hoping there is some explanation (or one-time mistake?) behind the coconut matcha misto I received, but I was very disappointed by the drink I got ): I couldn’t taste the matcha at all and then I had to keep wiping my mouth after each sip because the drink was so oily. I took the lid off and could see a pretty thick layer of oil on top of the slightly-green drink. Is there coconut oil in the drink instead of coconut milk? I maybe should have asked what was in the drink, but I assumed that with a very specific name like “coconut matcha misto” the main ingredients would be pretty straightforward. This coffee shop was one that I waiting to try for awhile, so I’m hoping this was just a misinformed order by me and that I can try the coffee instead sometime!

♿️ I can get in with a power wheelchair, but the ramp is short and steep so I have to take a run at it. Might be a bit of a challenge with a manual wheelchair depending on your strength. Once inside, the only Seating is a counter facing the window. I usually park my power wheelchair in a corner, but there is not a lot of room for more than three or four people. Most customers sit outside on the bench in front of the window or at picnic tables on the north side of the building next to the noisy road.The main attraction, of course, is the coffee, and they brew up a very flavourful roast. You can also buy beans here as well. In addition to the coffee, there are cookies, ice cream, and a few other treats.Wheelchair accessibility: See my review. It's accessible for power wheelchairs.
Very tasty and properly made coffee. I come here many times and buy for myself and my friends. Coffee at the level of top city coffee shops. There are some pastries. A pleasant atmosphere, but there was a no to much place inside to sit there.

Nov.17: The lady was extremely rude. I was walking in confederation park and was hungry and realized it was 15 minutes to closing so I called in advance to ensure the store would be open and I said I would be there by 3:30. The tone of her voice was rude stating if I make it she’ll be there. I promised and told her I would get there….I would have expected that since she knew I really wanted to go there and was trying to get there she wouldn’t be so snappy to close. I got there by 3:30 and the door was locked and I watched her walk out in front of us to her car.Very rude. Poor service and absolutely bad image for the bullet. Never got our coffees and was annoyed because we rushed there to not inconvenience her and was met with hostility. Do not recommend supporting her or the bullet based off the way she treated customers.
