Very good burgers, we had the Calgary Stampede one! Staff friendly, i recommend! Exactly what you want while waiting for your flight! (Fries are served with parmesan cheese)

I had a great burger about two years ago, but on return it was very dry and for the cost not worth at all. Will not be coming back.

I think for an airport restaurant this place was pretty great. Lots of burger options plus greens if you want them and prices weren't exorbitant. Service was very good.

I wish I could give this place negative review. All of my friends went there for dine in and our whole trip was ruined. Firstly the service was sooooo slow. Secondly the food, I almost threw up the whole thing. It was horrible like the worst ever and I asked for the replacement but the guy showed attitude and didn't even refunded our food. Lastly even If I am starving to death I will never visit this place ever again.

I waited ten minutes for a server to check in, but no one approached my table until I called them over. They explained that they were busy, despite only five tables being occupied and three guests at the bar. I observed three waitstaff chatting and walking around.

Additionally, I requested a bottle of water but received tap water instead. The shake machine was also not in operation. Overall, I regret choosing this restaurant.

Food takes forever to be serve.

Rarely post reviews but warning others with vouchers that this restaurant requires you to tell them in advance if you're using a voucher (no reason was given other than a supervisor must approve the sale). Extremely slow service and food, though server did say that there was a long line for food (it was approx 30 mins for food). Then when we asked for the bill, we said we would use our voucher since our flight was delayed. Server became extremely rude and said that we would need to wait another 20 mins to a half hour for her supervisor. Server was ultimately the one to ring in our transaction. I had to give her my boarding pass and while sorting through my phone to find it, she informed me I was taking too long and she did not have time to wait for me. Would definitely not recommend to others.

Food is horrible. Claim 100% Calgary beef. It's nothing but a frozen paty they over cook. No flavor. Soft fries.
When I mention it to the manager he gave the option of he takes the food or I eat it. Just one more part of canadian quality and the down hill direction it's going.

$25 for a burger that is, without a doubt, the worst food I have had at a restaurant. Just bland and the bun edge was rock hard for whatever reason. Also, fries have some attempt of seasoning on them but it really just tastes like “powder”. Also, I’ve been waiting for my bill for like 20 mins. I’m just gonna leave.
