The guy started with me. If they do it to one customer they'll do it to any customer stay away from this business your money's too good for this business. And I wouldn't even piss there.

Had the hot n' homey chicken burger and it was delicious, also got the stern fries but wasn't a big fan of the secret sauce, too mustardy for my taste, I'd recommend to get the sauce on the side if you're trying for the first time and are unsure

I would have given 4 stars but took one away for the service. The order before ours were seated at a table, so we sat down at a table. The cashier brought out the order to the table that was before us, we expected the same service but we were called up to the counter to come get our order. That was surprising to us and I think in bad taste! You need to treat every customer the same! And the 5th star was lost because the burger was thin and hung over the bun by about 1" all around, made it kind sloppy.

The burgers are decent but not 5 star like 5 guys but the fries are. But the service was weird whereby some people had their meals taken to their table we had our name called to pick it up.
Saw a big local food reviewer's video and gave it a shot. It was good but not as great as he made it sound. I had the Devine Burger and it somewhat tasteless. Asked for more burger sauce it was better. Fries were solid. It was good but I expected great.

I really liked my stern dog and I've enjoyed the burgers in the past but their poutine is regrettably not very good and for $7.50 I don't feel like I got close to my money's worth.

I love a good burger and don’t mind paying for it if it’s good. I think this burger has the potential to be great but it is seriously missing some flavour. I got the Priest combo and while I liked the Panko mushroom, it definitely overpowered everything else. I have no idea what the G14 sauce is supposed to taste like and the secret sauce I got for the fries was average. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. At nearly $20 for the burger combo, I definitely hoped for a bit more flavour. The panko mushroom was cooked perfectly though!

I would normally give this place a 5 star review, but after my last interaction, I'll never be ordering from here again. I normally ask for a butter bun instead of a regular bun, when the order showed up wrong, I gave them a call. The guy who answered the phone could not care less if you paid him! This type of customer service is appalling! After getting this kind of attitude, I'd give a zero star if I could!
