The food is good for brunch but it's so dark and starts to get noisy at noon All in all is ok

I really wish the service was better because I love their patio, I’ve gone a quite a few times throughout the summer and if i get the bartender (i think?) things are great, she’s attentive, friendly and fast!
But almost every other time i’ve gone it’s at least 10 minutes till i’m even asked if i want a drink (i’ve had to go up to her to make sure she saw us after waiting so long) and then 30 minutes till my order is taken after the drink is dropped off. It’s exhausting when im popping in for a quick appetizer and can’t get in and out in under an hour and a half. The last time I went, it took her 30 minutes to place my order of wings, ranch and dumplings and when I finally got the food my dumplings and ranch were missing. She offered to put a rush on it to go but by then i’d already been there double the amount of time I had planned for, I’d understand if things are busy but 90% of the time but there’s only 1/2 other tables when this happens and it’s frustrating. right now I can’t bother to go back, prices and food are good but I don’t always have 1.5+h to waste for a single appetizer. Which sucks because I do enjoy their patio, but it wasn’t an isolated off day since it’s been 4x in a row now, which is a bummer.

I usually goto a different location but now work in the area, Kennedy was our server and she was great. Super nice and friendly. Awesome location. I will definitely be back cause of her awesome service!

Theres this little smoke show blonde that works there, so friendly and kind. Shes always smiling and has a cute laugh 😃 Makes me feel at home and definitely makes me want to come back to eat the shitty food haha. Food is meh! But with friendly staff like this, you cant go wrong when wanting to go out for a beer

We have been a few times now in the afternoon and sadly it’s the same server there every time
She’s not friendly, she’s slow she’s forgetful and just overall come across as not very good at her job

Usually when we go there is maybe three other tables full and the rest of the place is empty so don’t tell me oh it’s because she’s busy
No not even close
Once ok I’d let it go but it is consistently every time we have been
One time we didn’t have cutlery and I had to go ask the bartender for some after asking the server twice
Another time I asked for a water and never got it
Maybe that’s why she’s on the afternoon shift during the week because she has zero sense of urgency or service and wouldn’t service an evening shift

This last time we met some other people who had arrived before us and they said they waited 20 minutes before she even came over to greet them at the table
When they finally got drinks we moved to a bigger table and the first thing she says to us is
How are you doing the bill? We haven’t even ordered a drink so we don’t even know how we are
Splitting the bill yet. I’ve never had a server ask that right off the jump , I mean I get that sometimes it’s tricky splitting the bills but really there are tactful ways of doing it maybe wait until we order drinks or even just do it after we get food it’s not that hard
The rest of our group paid for their drinks and we bounced to a different establishment where the service and atmosphere was way better
We have tried to give this place a chance but it’s just not doing it
Hopefully the server gets some much needed constructive feedback
