Excellent Valentine's Day Dinner at The Canadian Brewhouse - Okotoks, AB For Valentine's Day 2025, my 12-year-old son and I planned a special dinner for my wife, our 9-year-old daughter, and my son's girlfriend. We searched for nice restaurants in Calgary, but most were overpriced, starting at $65 per person. Thankfully, we found The Canadian Brewhouse in Okotoks, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice! From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. Even though it was a busy night, our reserved table was ready on time. The service was outstanding—our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The ambiance and decor were impressive. The restaurant had a lively atmosphere with fun details like hockey-shaped forks and knives, multiple screens playing sports, and special Valentine's Day touches. Our table was decorated with hearts and a red cloth, adding to the festive feel. The food was absolutely delicious. The Parmesan Chicken Fettuccini had the perfect balance of flavors, and the Canadian Burger tasted like it had been grilled over charcoal, rich and flavorful. The wait time was slightly longer due to the busy night, but the server was very accommodating and even gave us a discount for the delay—a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. Despite dining out as a family of five, the price was very reasonable. Unlike many other Valentine's Day options, The Canadian Brewhouse provided great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service without breaking the bank. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or a casual night out. Great food, great service, and great value!

The Server “England” i’m not sure the right pronunciation but she Was really helpful and friendly with her suggestions and service. Food was nice and the offers were also really friendly to pocket.

Niceenu of option. Friendly and personable staff making for a nice dining experience. Everyone enjoyed their meals (a reheat required but not the end of the world (and the club bread was pretty dry..)). Nice clean place to stop for a good meal.

What an awesome night at the brewhouse! We came in for the game and enjoyed some dangles on special. Trinity and Chantal took care of us and they were great! Very attentive and suggested some really great shots. Will be back!

The brew house it the place for the Buds, always a treat to come and say hi the friendly staff, good food and small town vibes. Wanted to give a special shout out to our waitress Arianna tonight, she was very pleasent and bubbly, energetic and radiated with her positivity. Definitely made our experience worth while. Would recommend her as a waitress and will definitely come again.

Oct. 18, 2024, my husband and I arrived around 3:30pm with one server who was also bartending, and cleaning tables. It was hard finding a clean table and seats in disrepair. Drinks and food was understandably really slow with one person. My meal came wrong and had to be remade, with my husband’s meal getting cold while waiting for mine. I ordered a second beer with one of many fruit flies in it, and the server noticed and gave it to a guy at the bar. A second server started her shift when the first server ended her shift.
We paid full price with no discounts for all of the things that went wrong on our 40th anniversary dinner. We gave a normal tip feeling bad for the staff.

Dietary restrictions: Usually good with gluten-free options but this time a kitchen error.

The quality of this place has been dropping consistently for quite some time, but today, it took the cake. Lunchtime rush and only one server. Our drink order was taken within about 5 minutes, and a refill and food were ordered after about 15 minutes, but it never showed up after being seated for another 30 minutes. Meanwhile, other patrons are being served multiple drink orders. Our server returned to our table 20 minutes after taking the order, claiming that their system wasn't working and he needed to 'confirm' the order.... as I proceeded to then watch him input the order into the system.... All in all, we spent 55 minutes waiting for an order that never came, with no acknowledgement of delay or mistake. Abysmal.

I understand being short staffed, and I understand delays. It happens. But this was nothing short of just poor service, plain and simple.

Our experience was very good. We were both birthday girls enjoying a much needed get together . For birthday folks you get a free nachos 😋 if you sign up for the Candian Brewhouse app. The recommendations by the server were helpful and informative, and in the end very tastey. Food was very good, customer service rep was excellent, it was a little noise to start but it seemed to get tined down and it was clean.

Stop by for Prime Rib special. Nice meal. Great service
