I
Love love love their cheesecake, went there last night for some cheesecake to bring home, got 3 slices; they were horrible! Not only dry and old tasting, the raspberry one went bad, literally like a old
Milk flavour, super disappointed because of the cost of those things…usually it’s great; but to serve old crappy cheesecake and pay the price really sucks.

update- I got a refund for my Bad cheesecake, i will try it again-

None of us finished our meals - the steak we had was too tough. Plus, the cheesecake is too expensive, so we will not be returning.

The servings are definitely smaller. The MCM had a very small portion of chicken (Half of what it used to be). My partner added chicken to the fettuccine and they added a very small portion of chicken for the upcharge. Service was good but I won’t be returning.

Lunch server was very attentive, but he was the only waiter in all the place, so it took about 15 minutes to get the bill. Food was meh, the cafe chips looked burned. Then, we went to the front to get a cheesecake, just to stand in front of the till for a long time while the lone attendant finish the customer ahead and started flipping through a catalog completely ignoring us and another customer behind. We have no intention of returning.

Today is December 13th and I went in for lunch and had Kim as a server, service was amazing. I have a dairy allergy and advised right away and she was wonderful and asked things like what about mayo, mayo actually has no dairy. And I had my lunch and ordered cheesecake to go for my husband and I. Got my husband the cinnamon bun cheesecake and myself a vegan cheesecake because not a lot of places have cheesecake for me..as seen in the photo below it says it comes with choice of toppings.
I asked for strawberries..I get my bill and I was charged for my strawberries..I did pay and asked about it shes like in a fairly rude voice it's always been extra, and I stated I've never paid for it and she said it doesn't give me an option...I said I'm not complaining I was asking about it. She rolled her eyes and walked away

***EDIT*** recieved a gift card in the mail today January 21st 2025! Thanks guys, we will be in to use the card

Very delicious cheesecakes we had- Turtle and Mango. Yummy!
We had a great deal, buy one get one free. Highly suggest this place.
They also serve other types of food, like soups, salads, and sandwiches.

We haven't We recently returned to The Cheesecake Cafe after a few years and were pleasantly surprised by a few changes. First off, the massive menu, which used to resemble a book, has now been streamlined into a one-page menu. It's a good change—more modern and easier to navigate. As for the food, it didn’t disappoint; everything was delicious, and the service was friendly and efficient. The prices were also reasonable, which was a nice touch. However, we were a bit taken aback when we saw a whole cheesecake priced at $80. That seemed a bit steep for a whole cheesecake, but overall, it was a solid dining experience.

My family (with kids) and I visited this location a weekday evening to order two birthday cakes two weeks ago. The lady at the bakery was very helpful and we decided to taste a slice of one of the chocolate options prior to finalizing the order.

However, the experience that followed was awful – to a level I have never experienced in any other restaurant, leading our family to just leave without being served till the very end and feeling like the restaurant just did not value customer service anymore! This was not the first time we had visited this location in the last few years – which made this even more shocking given our prior experiences were memorable enough to make us consider this option for our kids’ birthdays!

Although we were directed by the lady at the bakery to a table, we were left watching the whipped cream on our slice of cake just melt away at the bakery counter with no server going to bring it to our table. When I went back to the bakery counter after 10 minutes to ask if we could just have the lady at the bakery serve the cake, she said she couldn’t and we had to wait for a server. After 20 minutes of just waiting, the kids getting extremely restless and disappointed, and watching others be seated and served, we felt very insulted and just decided to leave. The restaurant appeared understaffed but there was no remorse or apology from either of the servers when we mentioned this to them. We then decided to just leave given we hadn’t been served in over 20 minutes despite the cake slice being plated and us sitting at the table nearest the bakery counter!

We would never recommend anyone to go here and face the same unacceptable demeaning experience. What a gong show and terrible evening for our family!

Come on Cheesecake Cafe! seriously??? you decrease the size of your Cheesecakes which have obviously shrunk the size of slices and you have the audacity to increase prices. Not a smart move!

Cheesecake was too good here. We ordered small plates it was not upto the mark, the coffee was just good. Cheesecake is the hero here and deserves a 5/5.

Service was good, well too good, as our conversations were interrupted multiple times to get checked upon, i really appreciate the effort but not every 5 mins.

Ambience was nice, loved the place, will definitely come back, atleast for the cheesecake.

Cheesecake…..I know shrinkflation is apart of our world but the size of the plain cheese cake I just ate is absolutely laughable…..at $10.75 it’s embarrassing. Thankfully the dinner was great and service was also top notch. Also would it kill you to hang a picture or something on the wall? The look of just opened or about to close permanently has been depressing for the last decade. But I will continue to grace your establishment with my presence because I have never had a bad meal there. P.S your coffee is always fresh and one of my favourites! Thank you and Take care….JL

Tried onion and liver for the 1st time here. It was really good. The service was great until the lunchtime rush, but even at that, we were not abandoned, and the staff managed to remain attentive. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, and yeah, the food was rich and flavorful without being overwhelmingly seasoned.

Parking: There is parking

Kid-friendliness: Great location to visit with little and not so little kids. Booster seats are available on request.
