The service was exceptional, our server was very patient and attentive, this was our first time there. Food was good and the cheesecake is one of the best I have ever had. Ended up taking home a 10 peice box.

I used to order cheesecake from here all the time but unfortunately, I have to say since they changed the recipe, I don’t like your cheesecake and I love cheesecake. I ordered the lemon one and it was terrible. The icing was super sweet and the bottom of it was crumbly and almost inedible. They should top it with whipped cream. The lemon slice was cheap chocolate and the cheesecake itself seemed almost watery and not very rich. Very disappointing given the price of $11 per slice and was smaller than it used to be. I know you only made the cake smaller but the slices are as well. Thought I would try again after years and even my friend did not like it. Wish I could say different but very dissatisfying to say the least.

I ordered a triple chocolate fudge cake for my birthday. I haven’t ordered this for a few years and I was greatly disappointed because it wasn’t like it was several years ago. It did not taste anything like a dark chocolate cake. I will not be ordering this again

Ordered out the cheesecake so freshness wasn't an issue. The flavor was, the portion size was, we had the lemon raspberry cheesecake and the cinnamon bun cheesecake. Initial taste was good but as we ate found it more disappointing, the ganache had a strange flavor as did the white whipped cream sauce? Im not sure, seemed sketchy, I would not serve it a corporate event. The cinnamon bun one was a good idea that was executed poorly, the bun is too thick so hard to cut and the whole piece fell apart, much to our dismay. Overall, not worth the $11-$12.75 price tag, might be cheaper to make it yourself, might be cheaper to never want cheesecake again, not sure.

Always an amazing experience! The staff go above and beyond to ensure you're having a good time and that the food is good. Their crowning glory is their cheesecake but I've eaten their twice and the food is also very good. Super quiet in their, more people need to go! Never disappoints.

The white chocolate-raspberry cheesecake was bland. The bottom was burnt and the inside was raw. I bought it as a birthday present, and I was embarrassed to have brought it. I wish I'd read the negative reviews earlier. I don't know who makes it, but I wouldn't eat it again, even for free.

I've had nothing but good times at cheesecake Cafe but my wife went out to get us a piece of cheesecake and they used to be the size of the box and we would be able to share one but now we get this and it's costing us $23? How does this make sense. Like I get inflation is a this but really?

This place was amazing! The only thing that brought it down though was a LIVE SLUG casually chilling and munching on the mint garnish in my soda. Yeah- not that great. How did the staff not notice? I couldn’t take a picture though because I didn’t have my phone on me at the time sadly. That was crazy though. It DID have pretty good parking and was really nice. The inside was very pretty and pleasant, the service was great, but the slug just ruined the night for me.
