Online order. Food tasted decent, but portions are literally less than half the size. Triple layer chocolate cake used to be tall and the piece was good. Now it is tiny for over $10. Even with shrinkflation this is ridiculous. Also ordered GF cheesecake. Good flavour. But not fun pulling out all the blonde hairs from the piece. The servers were good I wouldn't say the service was bad I'd say it was relatively good.Never got to eat the food so can't review it because there were out of what I wanted. But the guests I was with enjoyed there meals.

Management of this place needs to be fired. We were there last night and the restaurant was virtually full and they had ONE SERVER on! I don't know his name, I think he's been there for quite a while and the guy was literally running at times to do his best. Our visit took 2.5 hours because there's only so much one person can do, and he was top shelf given the circumstances, but if I had managers like that working for me...they wouldn't be very long! I hope part of their paycheques went to the guy they threw under the bus last night.
The inflation combined with shrinkflation experienced at the Cheesecake Factory is just disgusting. The best example is their cheesecake, the slices are less than half the size they used to be for double the cost.

The server took so long to come to table when the place was deserted. Over an hour to get a bowl of soup. By far the worst service I’ve ever seen. Food literally had no taste. Other tables around us all waiting for extremely long periods of time. We should have left when we had the chance. What a blight on Calgary food landscape. Total disaster. Do not walk but run from this agony
