I ordered and paid for two salad bowls. , a wrap and quesadilla to go - and only got one salad, wrap and quesadilla . Tried to phone numerous times and no one answered. This is the second time this has happened with a to go order. It is very very frustrating. Especially as the salad they didn’t put in was for my child.

Loved my visit to this place! The food was yummy (I had a salad and the lettuce wasn't super fresh, the only negative), the atmosphere was perfect for lunch, and the service was quick and kind. I think next time I'd try a wrap or soup!

This used to be my go-to place for fast food, I even worked at one, I just simply love the Chopped Leaf. But lately it hasn’t been good, at least at this location. The rice has been undercooked and the toppings have gotten sparse! Look at those carrots! I added more cucumber when I got home. I had about a tablespoon each of veggies, half as much as before. For $24 for a build your own rice bowl with avocado and a tip, I just won’t anymore. I’ll make it at home. Makes me sad.

I ordered my daughter & I favourite Cranberry sandwich and quesadillas but I came home and my quesadillas were burnt and my daughter’s cranberry sandwich was saggy . Sadly it was never like that. I called the location and said that no manager on duty so the person who took my call said, it can be reimbursed or put on my profile I can get a free same food I ordered and apologized due to she said they were in training ? But hopefully this will come to the attention of the manager !

Great food and service, people complain too much. Meanwhile, there's people that don't eat and are getting blown up literally, and people have the nerve to complain about a piece of lettuce that is discolored or a piece of chicken missing.

I have to commend the lady who works the lunch shift ALONE. I’m honestly shocked that they only schedule one person over lunch time but she handles herself so well. Stays calm when there is a rush and she takes all of the orders, makes the food and delivers it to the table on her own. She is friendly and my food was delicious.
