My wife went on Halloween to get a late lunch for us around 3:45 and was overwhelmed by the body odor of the person working the front counter and preparing food. My wife only placed my order and couldn't stand to stay in there longer so did not order any food for herself. When my wife arrived home with the order the food was sub par. I have ordered the buffalo chicken before so I know how it normally tastes and this was absolutely disgusting. I wonder if it has to do with the lack of hygiene. There's is a large counter that separates the worker and the customer and it doesn't matter where my wife stood she said she could smell it throughout the establishment .would give zero stars on if I could.

I had lunch here earlier this week, and both the food and service were fantastic. I tried the Tuna Melt Sandwich and Thai Curry Soup; both had wonderful flavor and were served fresh. I will definitely be back to try their other offerings.

Experience in Coquitlam store - eye opening. Walked in the store. No one in the front. When ordered protein addeder- sorry to busy could not prepare was an answer. It it appeared that employee was occupying by portable device. Next question - goddess bowl please. Sorry do not have sweet potato.. . Ok proceeded to select product available. Time to pay comes. Payment equipment ask for tip?? For WHAT Chopped Leaf? Last nail in the Coquitlam, BC experience.. sorry not able to produce receipt. Printer is down. No desire to come back to this location or business operating this way.

I was travelling and I was tired of burgers and fries, thank God I found this place, delicious food at a reasonable price, a must, if you're trying to eat healthier.
This is my first time eating at chopped leaf and honestly I didn't have high hopes for the food and I was proved right. I got their new berry breeze salad and it was very mediocre, I honestly could've made myself a better salad. Their portions are small for what you pay for, and their ingredients doesn't taste fresh. The chicken they gave me literally was literally 5 measly pieces, the texture was mushy and soggy also it wasn't even hot. The other toppings of the salad doesn't even seem to be in it, and the side pita chip they gave was literally broken and not even one whole piece. I asked for extra dressing and got nothing. I'm glad I tried this place out so I know now to stay away from it and never come back. Honestly you guys would be better off making your own salad or getting prepacked ones from grocery stores.

I'll think of changing this review provided things change. On a Sunday you had only one person working who was a trainee. With a till external monitor still dead after months, I tried to convey an order with extra add-ons. Your trainee did not know how to reprint a temporary receipt in order to see the order. The fix on the monitor would really help. The Chopped Leaf became very busy a few minutes following taking my order. I debated asking for the manager's name to speak to you people but just decided to wait for the order.

Service was good, but there was only one girl working and she was swamped. She handled to rush amazing but people would have had to wait less if on a Saturday afternoon you had two staff people.

Come here all the time, there’s an asian lady who works here and makes it amazing, in the afternoons the switch and these other works they have, especially the new lady, sucks, she made my wrap like a burrito and then continues to proceed to tell me i folded it twice, thats never how the wrap was given before, funny how it switches in the evenings.
