The first few times that went to chop Leaf the portions were great! The last three or four times the portions were less than half, sad to say but I won't be going back anymore for their prices and lack of consistency in portions not worth the money!

I ordered via Uber eats two days ago on Saturday, September 27 at about 8pm. My order was a Mediterranean bowl . To say that it was made absolutely carelessly is an understatement. The bowl was mainly rice that was old and clearly leftovers (even though there wasn’t supposed to be any rice in it at all). The chicken had an extremely revolting texture and tasteless. They did not give me any dressing whatsoever and NO utensils to eat with!! On top of that, it took an hour and a half to arrive. After all that, I threw out the entire bowl. It was so disgusting. Never again.

The harvest bowl was good. The falafel were so dry and you don't get a ton of dressing with the bowl. It probably wouldn't have been an issue if I went with another protein.

I’ve given Chopped Leaf East Hills two chances, and both times were disappointing. The sandwiches and wraps lacked veggies, making them dry and unappetizing. Hot items were served cold, and despite asking for extra sauce, there was no change—just the same dry food. On top of that, I wasn’t greeted upon entering, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. Overall, poor service and low-quality food. I won’t be back.
First off, the service staff has always been very friendly. No complaints there. I used to be a very frequent flyer at Chopped Leaf but now find myself very disappointed in the consistent shrinkflation and drop in quality. The wraps used to be girthy and fill me up for lunch and now they are smaller than the width of the wrist, mostly tortilla, and more expensive - especially at this location. I can touch my thumb and my index finger when wrapping my hand around it. Snack wraps from McDonalds are more generous and honestly, more filling at this point. Anyway, I understand raising costs to reflect the economy but it's just very disappointing that we can't expect the same serving size and quality for a higher price and it has impacted my choice to continue to be a patron.

Our family came upon the Chopped Leaf and were pleasantly surprised. This is a new location and everyone was super friendly. We ordered the Harvest Bowl and Bangkok Bowl with extra quinoa and tofu. It was very flavorful and the portions are huge. Love this place!!
