Reg and Marilyn had Thanksgiving Dinner at the Dirty Duck Yesterday Afternoon. It was like being at Home with a generous portion of Turkey served to the Table with a Smile and all the trimmings. Pumpkin Pie with Whipped Cream was included. It was very delicious and the Price, $25.00! Truly Home Cooking. Thank you Folks.

I have been here before and the experience was lovely but unfortunately the experience last night was not. I’m giving two stars because the server was doing her best considering she was the only one working the whole restaurant/bar and the food was great. The unfortunate part was the whole place smelled like an ashtray..and not just a little, ALOT. My eyes and lungs burned just being in there. I lost my appetite pretty quickly and couldn’t finish my meal not to mention it took 45 minutes just for us to get our bill. Won’t be going back anytime soon. Dirty Duck, you may need to figure out your ventilation system. It was horrible. I couldn’t imagine someone going in there actually being allergic to smoke.

Stopped in after a festival. Service was quick and good but the place is beaten down pretty bad and they really didn't know how to mix drinks. I'm sure it's a great place to hang out with neighbors and such but I personally wouldn't to back. Waitress were very kind and quick though so awesome experience that way.

As I entered there was a table with the open window. It as so nice, private little corner. Server was so quick on approaching and was very nice and did her job well. Was there to get to know people and not just a job.
The food was the best I have had including Calgary for a long time. Everything made by had with fresh ingredients is hard to come by these days and the dirty duck nailed it to the tee.
The wait for the food is so worth it. I will be going back for sure.

My roommate led me to this little treasure. Tavern style and decore. Specials available daily. Food was surprisingly good as was the price point. Some food are better then others but that is to be expected. I find the service a tad slow for a fast pace life style but I don't think its from lack of effort so much as maybe they need more servers? Music ranges depending on whose running shop on the day. Darts. Pool table. TV sports.
I highly recommend the chicken strips, beef dip and pigs in a blanket pizza. If you like these foods normally you will love them here.

We were excited to go back to Dirty Duck but were really disappointed to discover that the quality has gone down hill. the worse was the excessive amount of salt in all our dishes. As we left we peaked in the kitchen to see the cook with no netting even though he had a heavy beard. Never going back.
