I was in Calgary recently to meet and have dinner with a wine maker from Italy. He requested that we dine at The Eden due to their care and quality while accommodating his dietary restrictions. I had never been into this beautiful space before and I loved every minute of it. The wine, cocktails, and especially the food were all knockouts. HIGHLY recommend the bone marrow carbonara(he drool's as he types this), the steak tartar, and ancho crusted steak...

Unbelievable! Did not expect this level of incredible from such an unassuming place. First I am on a mission to find the world’s best burger. This might be it. To find it in Canada breaks the simulation. The house ground meat, seasoned and fire cooked to perfection, then assembled in a classic burger will be hard to beat. Noice! The tar tar is insane. The jambon delicious. But the scallops are life changing. Bacon so thin and crisp that it defies physics and butter that I could drink with a straw.
Everything was punching far above its weight class. Best meal I’ve had in a long time. The chef is a master of his craft.
