Unbelievable! Did not expect this level of incredible from such an unassuming place. First I am on a mission to find the world’s best burger. This might be it. To find it in Canada breaks the simulation. The house ground meat, seasoned and fire cooked to perfection, then assembled in a classic burger will be hard to beat. Noice! The tar tar is insane. The jambon delicious. But the scallops are life changing. Bacon so thin and crisp that it defies physics and butter that I could drink with a straw.
Everything was punching far above its weight class. Best meal I’ve had in a long time. The chef is a master of his craft.

Best burger in Calgary. Honestly, the food in general is so so good. The tartar, the scallops. Chef Dirk could command any fine dining kitchen with his skill, but brings his talent and humble Artistry to us in such an approachable way. Loved it all

Had the bone marrow carbona, the pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and the sauce was flavourful, however it was weird how 1/4 of a baguette priced at ~$4 wasn't included in the price or mentioned. Considering how the dish is $42, I would hope a small piece of baguette would be included or mentioned as an upcharge on the menu. We only realized 1/4 of the baguette was charged when receiving the receipt.

We tried breakfast at Eden and it was decent. The place itself feels really unique, which I loved. The food was good, just not something that blows you away, but the whole atmosphere makes the visit worth it. I’d love to come back and try their dinner menu next time because the vibe makes me curious about what they offer later in the day.

Love this place. Small but very well curated menu and creative cocktail menu. Service is prompt and attentive and it never seems too challenging to get a reservation. Completely unpretentious inside but also delicious. A true underrated gem.

Had a great lunch here with a friend. Its plain to see why the Eden is such a long lived restaurant in Inglewood. The food was delicious, and we were able to drink the wines we wanted without compromise thanks to their well curated selection. They even have Calvados. I hope to visit many more times.
