My spot was Poco Loco, but they moved too far away so The Fox on 6th has been my spot now to play VLTs. I'll say this, it's a nice quiet place but the staff seem a bit uncomfortable. The vibe is just not what I expected. Have not tried there food yet. So guess for now that's what I have to say about this new spot. Plus they are shut down on the weekends?? Huh??
I was glad to see that this hotel had a nice Restaurant to go to. Instead of walking on the streets looking for something to eat during supper time rush. But thanks to this place, felt safe and comfy and cozy here. And the food and the service of this place was just perfect. Decent BLTs and the service was spot on. Now I can still enjoy my stay here at the hotel, knowing they got a good place for me to enjoy a good supper when I am at the Calgary Comic Book Expo. Bottom line,...
I had dinner here last night and the place was really great. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a smile together with the great ambiance. The lighting was just right, allowing for a cozy and intimate dining experience. The steak sandwich was good and the Nachos were great for sharing. My server Tisha was funny, polite, and very helpful. I’ll certainly be returning soon, both for the food and great service.
