Went in for lunch, great atmosphere (made me feel like a kid walking in), all the staff I interacted with was so friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious. Will definitely be going back.

Went last night, a Friday night. There were maybe 10 people in there. And now I know why. I was there with a friend for a little over an hour. And other than some grumpy dude near the front asking for our ID's (I'm 40, by the way), not a single staff member acknowledged us at all. We were going to order food. We sat at a table for about 10 minutes. Staff were walking around, and chatting with each other. One staff member looked over at us, and I thought, finally, someone is going to come see if we want food or drinks. But nope. Absolutely nothing. So we were playing some of the games there, and still, not a single staff member acknowledged us. The funniest part, is these people hired a DJ that was upstairs - it was like an empty nightclub. This place sucks. It will be gone in no time, I'm sure. But if you were curious about checking it out. Save your time and energy. I'd honestly rather lick the floors at a bottle depot, than ever set foot in this place again.

Hidden Spot is such a great find — awesome vibe, friendly staff, and a perfect mix of good food, drinks, and arcade fun. The place has a chill, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind and enjoy yourself. Everything was clean, well-run, and full of good energy. Definitely one of Calgary’s hidden gems — can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town!

Gonna say the waitress was absolutely stellar, she almost got a one star for bringing me a Pepsi when asked for coke. However she was prompt on getting me ginger ale and a plastic straw and for that yall get a 5 star.
