Hidden Spot Entertainment and Arcade Bar

I visit this place almost every week and it’s one of my favorites. Everything is usually great, but this Sunday evening I had a disappointing experience. I’m not completely sure about his name, but I think it was Lindon. The bartender was rude and tried to charge us around $55 even though we only played for one hour. We explained it calmly and even asked to check the CCTV, but he kept arguing and saying his system showed something else. I never expected this kind of behavior from a place I really like.

Absolutely fantastic venue! Nothing but alotta fun and great staff! It was so good, we went back again the next day with our nephews. Great for all ages above 8, I'd say. The pinball machines were incredible! Nice pool tables. Everything was incredible. If I'm back in Calgary again, I will definitely stop by again. Thanks again. Your staff was amazing.

A fun place to visit, although the location is not ideal and would require a vehicle. I guess that the rent is cheaper in this area.

The location is large, with a diverse range of entertainment options. Drinks and food are also available.

One of the few locations in Calgary with multiple pinball machines (the main reason I've visited). There are lots of cool machines to play on.

Local staff were friendly.

I shall return.

Service was not the best. Tried to get the attention of the servers for 25 mins. Kept walking by and ignoring us. Finally walked up to the bar and the bar tender said we were sitting in the bar area and that the girls would ignore us. You would think that the servers would just let you know to order food and drinks directly from the bar tender if it's not their area. Ignoring and walking away is not good service. The bartender had good service after, however having staff just ignore and walk away and not even communicate is not cool.

Was checking it out and was planning on hosting our company's Christmas party for next year, however due to no service from the servers and their ignore and walk away policy, I will not consider this place anymore.
