We were staying at The Windham, so this was a perfect Tuesday night taco dinner. They were delicious and only $6.00. Tuesday night is karaoke night as well.

The food at the hideout is excellent but the most noteworthy feature is the staff. Brooklyn is so friendly, professional, and goes out of her way to make dining at the restaurant a most pleasurable experience. My husband and I dine quite frequently at the Hideout and our complex has a ladies luncheon once a month there. Amanda and Brooklyn will always ensure we have the best experience possible.

We hosted our 2024 staff holiday party at The Hideout, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Lorena and her team were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and true creative problem-solvers. Their positivity and professionalism throughout the entire process—from booking and setup to the event and tear-down—made everything seamless and stress-free.

The food was absolutely fantastic, with rave reviews from our entire team! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every detail was handled with care. We were there on Nov. 16, 2024 for my granddaughters birthday. We went and talked to the manager Amanda what we were having an where we wanted to sit. She had everything ready for us when we came in at 6:15pm. The staff was excellent. Amanda told of there was a large group around 50 coming in an they were set up to sit where the band wasn’t playing, where they were low tables not high. When they came in they were really mad they wanted to be where the band was playing. The staff was great rearranging what they did. My daughter went up to the organizer of the group and said they can have to of our chairs she just turned her back on her. My daughter said I am not an employee here I am a customer. This person was so nasty to everyone of the staff I felt sorry for them. They did an amazing job reorganizing the chairs and tables. The organizer was mad they could not all be in the same area sitting together but it was her fault no coming down an checking things out.

They were served very quickly once everything was done their food came out quickly. I felt sorry how this group treated the staff and manager no reason for that. The manager even came up to us to apologize that we kind of ignored but we had our food and the service we did have was excellent. We told the manager we understood and don’t worry about it.

We would come back again and let everyone know that this is a very good place to go food and service was excellent. I just hope this person who was organizing this get together does not give them a bad review as they do not deserve it. The organizers deserve getting graded as a one.

A big thank you to Amanda and all the staff at the Hideout for a wonderful evening last night. We were a group of 24 who were there to see the band Smooth Edge. Everyone had a wonderful time! We were seated near the stage in a private area, and we had a dedicated server. Several people ordered dinner and the food was excellent.,as were the drinks.

This restaurant and bar is a hidden gem off MacLeod near the Wingate Hotel. My group wants to book another event there soon. Thanks so much for a great night!!

Stopped in for a quick bite. Pleasantly surprised to find out it was happy hour, and our server, Tamara was helpful and knowledgeable in suggestions off the menu. The food came out fast and fresh and Tamara was easy to talk to and friendly. Even went the extra mile to bring me my jacket outside after we left which I forgot on my chair. Overall very impressed with our visit. Btw. Baton Rouge wings are THE BEST!
