I watched the guy making my food put his fingers in his mouth biting his fingernails. He then touched my food, dipped same hand in seasoning bowl, then plated food with hands. Tossed my food in the garbage. This is disgusting. Good thing the kitchen is open and I seen what happened.
Edit. I attended on Saturday. I have no reason to make a fake review. This is what I experienced. I also noticed this is not your first review for unsanitary conditions.

Burger was meh, got about 10 fries, truffle ketchup is terrible, and garlic aioli needs more garlic. Waited a solid 5 minutes before the even took my order. Needles to say was very unimpressed with the food and the service. Way better places to eat here.

I had the pleasure of waiting by the till for awhile as they were taking a break from new orders to finish making orders for the people ahead. We came during weekend lunch rush.
Curious about how they made the food, I learned a lot and was very off put. It was so bad that my husband noticed the same things I did, even though we didn’t talk about it until later. This place was SO unsanitary. We both didn’t want to eat the food and expected food poisoning but didn’t want to leave after waiting so long… Anyways, the bald guy picked raw bacon out of the tub with his bare hands. Then he picked up the toasted buns to put on the counter to assemble. He then opened the fridge, grabbed tomato slices and placed those in the burger with the same uncleaned bare hands. Then he picked up the raw beef balls to put on the grill…. Literally he touched everything with his bare unwashed hands, including things you eat right away. He eventually wiped his hands on a towel, then used the same towel to wipe the spatula and tongs. Then dipped the tongs and towel into the same bucket of water by the grill……….. soooo nasty.
The food itself was mediocre. The burger was very average. Class clown and Clive burger are better in terms of flavour and what you get for the price. The fries were cooked in old oil and the texture was bad. The inside was not fluffy. It tasted just cooked in burnt oil, then truffle flavour on top.
Overall this was not worth the $20+ or experience at all. They need to be shut down by Alberta health …

J spot is probably the best smash burger in the city. Guy with the beard working the counter was knowledgeable and entertaining. Check them out. Can not recommend them enough.

The Korean bbq tacos have always been good. This time the chicken was very chewy which was unfortunate. The atmosphere at the food hall is extremely nice with multiple options available. Service was quick and the food came out fast.

Just tried this place for the first time today. It’s been in my list for quite some time now. Glad I finally gave in because hot damn! The Mochiko Sando was the best damn chicken sando I’ve had in my life. Sweet, savoury, even a bit of spice. The crunch on that chicken was even detectable on the Richter scale. Like nothing I’ve ever tasted before. The wife had the J Spot burger and it was equally as good. So juicy and full of flavour. That crisp melted cheese ring is a delicious touch as well. I’ll definitely be back to eat here any time I’m in the area. This dynamite spot gets a bonus 2 stars on top. We received the friendliest service in town from the cook with the nice moustache. This food is obviously made and presented with loads of passion behind it to be as good as it is. Unfortunately no pics since we just dove right in.

I Love this place and that they offer Hawaiian flavours. You can choose anything off the menu and you won't be disappointed, just make sure that whatever you choose comes with fries because the are the best in the city!

Hit my J-spot! lol, excellent patty melt. My wife had the smash burger also excellent. The gentlemen cooking looked like professionals in there craft as they prepared the food. We will go again!
