It was quiet, service was a bit slow but fine. My steak was average which is very atypical, I'll definitely go back again.

In the past we have been very happy in our keg experiences, but tonight was a let down.Service was good but the quality has taken a hit. My wife had the pistachio crusted salmon with the cauliflower mash . The mash was cold and portion on the side was roughly two bites. I had the special - Prime Rib with seafood neptune on top. I received 2 tiny little scallops (size of a dime) and 3 of those little baby shrimp on top of my prime rib. The cut of the rib was laden with huge pieces of fat and gristle ..The vegetable medley I ordered for the side was nearly non existent and just covered in those crispy onion pieces that the keg serves. For a $53 special I would've expected atleast some tiger prawn shrimp with a few medium to full size scallops in the Neptune. Opa souvlaki has bigger shrimp on their skewers, by far : so I'd chalk that up as embarrassing. As far as the prime rib - You need your carvers to pay more attention to the cuts they are putting out. Large deposits of fat/gristle take away from the very reason most people visit The Keg. That simply can't be happening at those prices in an establishment that is known for consistency. All in all , to me , it looks like the quality and a attention to detail have taken a bit of a downward hit at The Keg. Hopefully they can turn it around..I guess times are tough everywhere....

Quite surprised. Not really a place I would go. But due to road conditions we decided to stop our downtown trip short and have dinner here.Food was great. Had the new York strip and cauliflower bites. We were offered a free dessert for a personal celebration we had. Billy miners pie which was unreal. Would definitely go back.

We made reservations for 5:30 for our anniversary and there was no line up at that time. We were seated at a booth which was very nice. Our server was Cooper who was excellent. He didn’t rush us. We were offered a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary which was very thoughtful. We started our meal with iceberg wedge which was delicious. For our main course my husband had the 6oz top sirloin with fresh vegetables and shrimp and scallops Oscar. His steak was rare just the way he likes it. I also ordered the 6oz sirloin with Caesar salad medium well and it to was perfect. For dessert we had the Billy Miner Pie and it was huge and delicious but we couldn’t eat it all. Over all the meal and ambience was just perfect for an anniversary dinner.Parking: There is a huge parking lot but it is shared by another restaurant and the movie theatre and whatever other businesses are in the area

I came at 6:35 pm, made an order at about 6:50-7:00 pm (no waiters came for a long time) and they brought my order at 8:20 pm!!! I waited 1.5 hours for shrimp and scallops (not fried) and a quarter of cabbage with bacon, tomatoes and blue cheese. It was all very covered in sauce (it was too much, I couldn’t even eat half of it). I thought I would cover it up with at least a little tomatoes, but there were almost none in the salad (try to find them, there were at most 6-7 super small squares). I didn’t even want to order dessert because I didn’t want to wait 1.5 hours again. The waiters are nice and polite, but the wait time and the taste of my salad killed the whole atmosphere and pleasant impression.

I'm sorry, but this is my first time not tipping. I've never had a server this bad in my life. She didn't ask how our food was, and she just threw an empty plate onto my son's unfinished prime rib without asking if he's done. It seemed like she was rushing us to leave. As we were about to leave, we saw a mouse running around the booths close to our table. We quickly got a manager over and let him know. I believe his name was Evan. He didn't seem to think it was a big deal, and his attitude was not nice either. That's probably why his staff was poorly trained.

First time at the keg crowfoot, decent parking, nice entrance.Had a reservation at 7pm, which was not available as they were running behind, so we had to stand and wait at the front entrance along with many others waiting.Even though I had stated during my reservation that it was our anniversary, we were seated in a open loud/busy area, i would have thought they would have put us off to the side/intimate area like other restaurants have for our other anniversarys. Our server was great and pretty attentive.Appys were good, had the bacon scallops and bone marrow with bread. We both ordered the striploin med-rare, his was med-rare, mine was med-well. Not a good impression. They re-did my steak plate. Second time around my steak was med-rare.Drinks were good and dessert was nice.Dessert was free for our anniversary, but no discount was on the steak that I had to wait to have re-done while my husband ate his.All in all, it was an ok anniversary, could have been better though. Not in my top 3 choices for a nice dining experience.

$180 for 2 mediocre steaks, 2 mediocre drinks, and 1 appie??? Never again. The shrimp appetizer was the smallest but most offensive thing on the bill, $14 for 6 small, frozen shrimp. The waiter was great, but the free table bread was the best part of the night. How the mighty have fallen.

I was in a large group setting and the food was under cooked. The drinks took 30mins for water and 45 for alcohol. They didn't offer any discounts for discrepancies. Even upon paying it took 45 mins until we decided to walk to the front to make it easier on THEM we just wanted to get out of there. The food was just good. French onion soup was sooooo chunky as if it was reheated 5 times that week. Onion rings even gave my friend stomach pains. The only thing we recommend is the horseradish ? and that was stong. Blackened chickened was as if someone dumped salt on it. Burgers and chicken were under cooked. Usually food quality makes up for the long wait times.... In this case we waited 2 hours for mains for food that had 0 quality. Do not go here.

The server barely came by, the weren’t efficient on handling a big table. Half of the food was cold, calamari was under cooked, some pieces were raw and under the batter. When it came time to pay, they took about 45 mins to get the bills and let us pay.Very disappointed with the service and food, numerous plates had to be sent back to be cooked longer. The dining room manager didn’t seem to care and didn’t do anything to fix our experience.Don’t recommend for groups !!

We had a great recent experience with them. After having not been for years we went again a couple of weeks ago. They've really elevated their sides (brussel sprouts) and the service was great. Very impressed.

My steak was good, a tad overcooked but taste was there. My potatoes were cold along with my broccoli. I will say I've never been 100% satisfied at "The Keg" and I've tried several times. It's unfortunate because I want to like it....
