I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service that we received from walking through the doors to leaving through those same doors. Sad that I was surprised because great customer service is so rare these days.
The best thing about The Keg is they are consistently perfect. We have been going to the Macleod location for years and have never had bad service or bad food. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
We went their for a Birthday Dinner and everything was amazing. Yuliia was our fabulous server and she knocked it out of the park for us. There wasn't a drink that was empty, we had delicious warm bread, great appies and the timing between finishing the appies and being served dinner was spot on. It was perfect from the beginning of our get together until we had to say good-bye. You have to request Yuliia for your server. She won't disappoint.
