As always the food at this keg was delicious. We have been coming here for years, skipping the two kegs closer to our home because of the consistent service we get here. The service we experienced last night was terrible. Everything took so long, drinks, food, bills. At the end of the night, we were happy to enjoy a meal out with friends and were lucky to get a lot of extra visiting time together. I know it was a one off and really not a huge deal, I just expect more from this...
We have been going to the Keg for many years, it never disappoints! My husband and I went last night again at the McLeod location and we received amazing service from a lady named Alex. She was attentive, not fake, got everything right and very friendly. I would recommend the Keg to everyone. The food is delicious. The service is quick and we always leave very satisfied.
The food took longer than we expected to come but then again there were 8 of us so there's a bit of grace there. Most of the meals were to expectation except 1. The steak was tough. But it was addressed and resolved right away.
