Just went in on 15 Aug at 10:00 pm not too busy at all. Still the server decided to not show up. Left there letting them know that we are leaving as no one showed up. Was with kids and I was running out of patience but the best part is they don’t even apologize for what happened

Normally we have a great time here but tonight our service was just terrible. Typically we have a fantastic waiter but he wasn't there tonight and the waiter we had tonight was just awful. We were celebrating our anniversary and the waiter even said we'll give you a free dessert on your anniversary, and charged us anyways. He was such a miserable experience I didn't even want to say anything in case it would set him off.

Had an amazing meal with a party of 3, however, had a family with two small kids who decided it was McDonald's play time and screamed, squealed and screeched for the latter half of our dinner. At this point, we were mid meal and then waiting for dessert so decided to do our best to try and hear each other while hoping the clueless parents and grandparents would catch on and try to politely calm their children from running alongside our booth while screeching- to no avail. Upon leaving, we let the manager know (as he did come by the moment we had our first bite in our mouth) and then proceeded to lecture us on how this is a family restaurant and we should have complained when he was there (which was before the issue arose). Lesson learned, if you want to have a nice evening out without the possibility of being ruined by screaming kids when you are paying $80+ a person BOOK THE LOUNGE!

Our experience at The Keg was absolutely wonderful! The service was outstanding. the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The food was an absolute delight, fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of rich flavors. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making the entire meal a truly special experience. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to again and again!

Let’s start with the service, this was hands down one of the best experiences. We had the pleasure of being served by Trevor, who was professional, attentive and an overall all-star. The food was fantastic and cooked to perfection. Ultimately it was a great evening, thank you to all the staff and management.

Still a great place for steak, the Keg is our go-to for great food. I've never had anything but the best from The Keg including the service.

If it wasn’t for the great service I received this would’ve been a 1 star review.

Have been craving lobster rolls all week and decided to go to the keg instead of my usual spot because of lobster summer. Didn’t realize how disappointed I was going to be despite reading a couple bad reviews on Facebook as well.

Lobster roll - super tiny portion. It was probably like not even 4 inches long. 2x the length of my finger and my finger is probably barely an inch and a half long (it might not even be. I’ve got small hands. 9 year olds have bigger hands than me). It was also burnt and super hard on the bread (like I hit the bread on the plate multiple times and it sounds like a rock) and barely any meat on the roll despite the $33 price tag. The fries was delicious and the salad was super fresh, but the star of the show was such a let down.

Told my server about it and got a comped dessert, which unfortunately also came out overcooked :( as someone who’s been making Creme brulees since I was 8 years old, I know it’s hard when you first learn how to perfect it but at this level your eggs shouldn’t be overcooked like this and have this grainy looking texture rather than creamy.

The escargot and complimentary bread were delicious as always, but the parts I was excited about (lobster roll and Creme brûlée) were such a let down.

Manager was super great though and so was my server, so I left a $20 tip on my $20 (after all the comps) bill which I told the server to hopefully keep for himself/manager rather than tip out to the kitchen because this was honestly quite sad.

Overall, great service, kitchen needs work.

Was celebrating finally being out of a cast for my ankle today too :(
