Very delicious cupcakes and cheesecakes, prices are reasonable for the quality ingredients, great service and smiling 😊 friendly employee , I am always sceptical about ingredients and the employee was very open to list all ingredients without hesitation which shows the level of confidence of the quality of the ingredients unlike other keto shop trying to hide and not to disclose the ingredients openly.

Three layered Keto chocolate birthday cake… outstanding! Accommodated my request for fresh raspberry garnishing; just the right amount of the cream cheese icing; sweetness level was at about 2 on a scale of 10 so perfect for our crew of none to extremely low sweet intake. And it was a grand looking cake…at least for us!

So glad this place exists and I found it on my trip to Calgary! I went on a Tuesday morning and there wasn't a ton of variety, but came back again on Thursday morning and there was much more. The cheesecakes are amazing and huge slices! The bars are great as well, I loved the carrot cake and coffee cake! Only sad I wasn't able to try their bagels before I left town. Great place with a super friendly owner!

Idk why I haven’t reviewed sooner. The staff member I see most often here is an absolute doll and sweetie pie. The food is delicious too! They use monk fruit for sweetener and their flours are almond/coconut. So this is perfect for celiacs, grain allergies, or diabetics. They have quick grab n gos for lunch, such as sandwiches and pizza (though you’ll want to heat those slices up). You can buy cheese buns, breads, jams, cookies, cup cakes, brownies, etc. Everything is super tasty and soft. They can also do preorder for items like danishes. I love the variety they offer!

We came here traveling through Calgary, and the food was so good. The entire restaurant is gluten free, but you never know it by the taste. It's also reasonably priced, especially considering it's gluten free. We had soup and sandwiches, and a few treats. My celiac kids were sooo happy. The buns are even soft too, without having to microwave them. We'd eat here again. :D

Some of the baked goods are rather salty meaning my mom couldn't enjoy her breakfast cookies but everything else has always been great! Finally a place where I can get cheese buns again! Gluten free stuff dries out pretty fast so make sure to pop any leftovers into the freezer promptly. I also found out that they provide the gluten free buns at Selia Bar, a 100% Gluten free restaurant in Edgemont! Love to support local!
Dietary restrictions: Everything here is gluten free! She also has dairy and egg free products. The owner is an absolute peach!
Parking: Fair sized lot, never had an issue parking here.
