Omg , I usually don't bother as a celiac with GF bakeries as GF desserts have such a high glycemic index and the baked goods are often dry and chalky, but this place is awesome!!!! The chicken pockets are sooooo good, as well as the dessert options. Not too sweet. Lots of great savoury options. My new fav place!!!!! Yum!!!!!Dietary restrictions: Celiac, and good for diabetics as well.

Holy cow! For the first time in my life I can actually eat cheesecake, pizza, nanimo bars etcetera. Not only can I eat all my favorite foods but there delicious. I never thought I would see the day. You have to stop buy and try out this place!!Dietary restrictions: - sugar-gluten
Okay so the treats were good - not too sweet. Cupcake was a little dry.But guess what? The lady that worked here had a lot of cold sores on her mouth.. and I got a cluster on my mouth 12 hours later. She must have been touching her mouth a lot and touching the packaging etc. I might have licked my fingers after eating my cupcake. Very unfortunate situation.*edit after owners response*Sorry, but that is incorrect information about the ‘science’ of a cold sore. It can appear 12-24 hours after contact - which does not only include mouth to mouth contact, it also includes contaminated objects. Anyway, this response from the owner is very unprofessional and pretty ridiculous.
Everything at the Keto Cache is gluten free! I stopped here to get desserts for celiac family members for thanksgiving. There was no carrot cake in the fridge when I arrived at the shop. I let the cashier know and she took the time to ice some fresh carrot cake for me!! It was delicious! I also purchased a pumpkin spice cupcake. It was a hit at the dinner. I highly recommend the Keto Cache for anyone with dietary restrictions! It’s worth the price.

I love this place ❤️ Amazing service from the ladies that own and run the shop. The baked goods are the best and I cannot believe they HAVE NO sugar! I promise you will not be disappointed. Also this bakery is helping people one bite at a time! And I can't say enough good things about it.

I grabbed a few items and the price point for a small business seems pretty on point. Specialty flours and sweeteners are expensive as I know from buying them myself.I bought the cheeseburger pizza which I added a little extra cheese when I made it because I always do and it was delicious.Blueberry bagel was more of a muffin or a cake consistency but tasted amazing.Carrot cake cheesecake is literally mouthwatering. Can’t wait to go back and grab some more items!!
