A group of us met there on Friday, December 12 for a casual reunion. Some of us ordered food. Three of us ordered the French Onion Soup and found it to be awful. It was thick like a gravy and seemed to have something like Bisto added to it. Very disappointing. I also ordered a regular caesar. Again, very disappointing. It was definitely missing something. Excellent dinner at the Lodge on Oct 18. Relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Had the Hunan Chicken bowl and Portabello mushroom burger - both delicious. Attentive, friendly service from Jay. Will definitely return.

We've tried. We really want a decent restaurant within walking distance. Nothing here ever works.

This time we tried brunch. Arrived at 11:30. There
Were 3 people one the restaurant and one person working.

Service was incredibly slow. Had to ask for
Water and coffee.

Food was cold upon arrival (breakfast poutine served in a cold skilled - cheese not melted, just bad). The Benny and skillet were heavy on the mustard sauce - we both scraped it off....read full review
